I just left one roger store to come here Great experience Tomas was very knowledgeable about all the products I was looking for walked out wit AirPods!

My wife and I dropped by this store to switch mobile plan. Norman is the most helpful and professional staff I have encountered in life concerning customer service. His patience and detailed explanation are so exceptional and great in today standard. We are greatly appreciate about his service. Thank you very much.

This is truly the best experience I have had in my 10+ years of being with Rogers. I was upgrading my phone and required assistance with transfers, trade up, and accessories as well. Norman helped me out and he was so approachable, helpful, and never hesitated to answer my questions/concerns. He was polite and was very knowledgeable of all the plans, terms that I was confused about, and what products best suited my needs…without talking down to me. I also met Tomas, who was also so kind and both said thank you to me, for my service and loyalty with them! Honestly, so genuine, kind, and helpful customer service right there! I cannot say enough about their wonderful customer service!

Ported 2 lines on Black Friday - Great Customer Service.

Came in just before closing as I wanted to catch Fido's Black Friday deal, the staff helped me and worked beyond closing time. Very courteous and took the time to explain the terms of the promo despite it being late.

I had a few more lines to port, but couldn't use them again because they do not open on Saturday, but would highly recommend this location if you can come in on weekdays.

Norman totally understands customer service and he conducts himself with total professionalism. He also helped us find extra discounts. We are very happy with his service.

I came to the store today due to my sim card not working. Tomas was extremely helpful at identifying the issue and getting my phone up and running quickly. Great service and knowledgable. I have gone to them for my phone problems seversl times and they have always been very helpful. Software update - phone re-formatting for an unlocked phone problem and for phone replacement after mine was stolen.
