Mo was able to accommodate a rush photo scan job in time for my preparations for my father's funeral and really went above and beyond to help me out and make things easier during this difficult time. Mo is super helpful. A real mensch. I've had multiple reasons to visit this UPS store for help. One for last-minute printing for which they did a great job and one for a shipping issue that Mo helped me with. Just terrific service. Top notch!

The lady owner of the store is very nice. She greeted me as soon as I stepped into the store. I came to the store to print only 1 page. She spend some time to help me crop the picture on the computer and print 1 page for me without charging me. I’m willing to pay for it but she said no charge. Thank you!

This is my favorite location, I called Shelly two weeks prior to dropping off my package she was very informative about shipping, process and pricing. Today I arrived and was greeted by both Shelly and Moe. Moe helped me get my TV in and helped me tighten up the packing to ensure it'll safe and sound . I couldn't have asked for a better experience here at the location and appreciate my experience here more than ever. Highly recommend this location as it has the best customer service ♥

I recently visited a UPS Store and had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from one of their staff members. Despite being busy with other customers, the staff member took the time to assist me in resolving an issue with my UPS shipment.

In particular, I had encountered a problem with my shipment and needed to speak with UPS customer service to resolve it. The staff member was more than willing to help, spending 30 minutes of her time on the phone with UPS to ensure my issue was resolved promptly and effectively.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service and dedication shown by the UPS Store staff member. Her willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer speaks volumes about the quality of service provided by this UPS Store.

Overall, I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone in need of shipping services, as their staff is both friendly and highly competent in their work. I am grateful for the exceptional service I received and will certainly be returning to this location in the future.

If I need to ship important goods overseas, I will come here again for sure. I shipped here for the first time. Their customer services are incredible. Being helpful with packing and wrapping. Great experience with this location for large format (48" x48"), scientific, poster printing. Very good quality paper, vibrant colours that were the correct hue, and crisp images. The price was fair considering that the quality was above average (in my opinion). I was able to find other locations that could do 36" x 48" but this location appears to offer a wide range of sizes beyond the standard.

Mebs was very helpful customer service-wise too.

Excellent service. I needed copies fast and i got what i needed promptly. The store was lacking upgrades and repairs from head office. But moe was able to help me regardless. Thanks again Moe for helping me out. Keep up the good work

Shelly and Mo are amazing and extremely helpful and accommodating. I couldn't print my Amazon return label at home for technical reasons and they printed it out for me at no cost, with no hassle. Just the way business should be.

Was my first time sending off a package. Had amazing service and care. The staff were very helpful and found the best way to help out in my situation. I was returning a mattress and bed frames that Amazon refused to pick up for return. Being big packages, it was difficult and costly, but the staff here made it a smooth and possible option!

Best service I've ever received from the many UPS stores I've been to. I came in today right as they were walking out and they were happy to help me scan my package for drop off. They took the time to reboot their system and help me get it in the system. It was my fault that I came too late but thanks to Moe, Shelly and UPS store 443 family, I was able to avoid my package being sent back. I went to The UPS Store as I needed to ship a package, it was a great experience as this was the first package I've shipped. Moe helped me out and made the experience quick and easy. Very friendly and excellent customer service.

The staff at this location were astonishingly friendly and helpful. It’s like they want your business! I’ve been to many other UPS locations where their staff is pretty gruff and sometimes downright rude, so my expectations for good “UPS” service is to pay an arm and a leg, but be in and out in <15 minutes. Not only were they fast and reasonable with their pricing, I was greeted upon entry, and again when another staff member wandered by the front desk. As I was being helped, I stood off to the side and another staff member walked by and asked if I had been helped. I’ll certainly be coming back here and would be pleased to give them as much business as possible.

Terrell (I hope I spelled this correctly) you're a superstar! We had an oversized package, about 100lbs, that we dragged to the store with some effort. When we got to the store, the staff said the driver likely will not take it and gave us some alternatives. As we were getting ready to leave Terrell arrived in the UPS delivery truck, so we asked if he could take it. Without hesitation, Terrell agreed and we helped Terrell as best as we could to get it into the truck although we found out Terrell could single-handedly move it unlike us. Thanks so much! It would have been so difficult for us to try to get it to another UPS hub.

Stopped by the store today to get an ID photo done and Moe was very helpful.

No surprise there, this is also where I go to ship packages when I need to, as well as Amazon returns, and he's always been good to deal with.

Moe is a great guy, super chill, and friendly.
