I have had only good experiences at the Teulon Shoppers. They are polite and respectful. I live in Stonewall now but gladly make the trip to keep going there!

Called to place an order for diabetic supplies and got told that they would be done when they are done and that the covid and flu shots take precedence over life saving medications

My wife and me had to get a multiple vaccine injection from the local shoppers in Teulon. Got our first dose by having the pharmacist administer with no problems. It was time to get the second dose, my wife was picking up other medication when she was told she had to pick up the second dose now and they weren’t able to administer it either this time or any time in the future..... ok not a big deal, the pharmacist came and gave the vaccine to the lady working the til and didn’t say anything. The lady put the vaccine in the bag with other medication and didn’t say anything more. My wife paid for the all of it and took the prescriptions home and took out the other prescription and left the vaccine in the bag on the counter. We had an appointment with the local doctor soon so didn’t worry about since the doctor could administer it to my wife and my self. So day come to go to the doctor and we grab the bag of vaccine and open it up to check on it and low and behold it says it needs to be refrigerated. We go to shoppers wondering if it’s still good and they tell us no. If it hadn’t been refrigerated in 2 hours it’s “garbage,” it’s been close to a week. So we ask since we weren't told initially that we needed to refrigerate if we can some how not pay for the full price, it’s not a cheap vaccine. We were told no and it’s basically pretty straight forward that we should have put it in the fridge. Now seeing that we we didn’t check inside the bag I would have paid half no questions, the bag wasn’t labeled and neither person said to my wife to refrigerate it. But how we were blown off has put a bad taste in my mouth of this shoppers. We needed the vaccine so had to pay full price again. If I can in the future, I will take my business somewhere else. Reading through the instructions now for the vaccine it says a normal fridge isn’t enough either to store the vaccine.....
