Very clean and organized store. Great prices and good quality. Customer service was wonderful - they politely helped me do returns from months ago. Very inclusive sizes and practice clothes from working out, business professional, to casual everyday. I enjoy shopping both online and in store from Reitmans

I went for shopping help 2 days ago at Oakville Reitman’s. It was a great experience . I am a little handicapped. I think the sales person’s was Samien #888888. She was friendly, gave advice, and made shopping a very positive experience.. I love the clothes.😁😁

As with brick and mortar retail customer service is essentially everything and this Reitmans location has that. I would be hard pressed to say I’ve experienced better customer service at any other clothing retail location. Experienced pressure-free and helpful staff make the shopping experience a breeze at this location. Clothing size and stile exchanges are handled efficiently and politely by the staff working here. Being able to order in-store an item that may not currently be in stock and then have it delivered to your home a plus.

Reitmans has some wonderful clothing now. love that their sizes go to 3x. the coatigans are fabulous.
