7-Eleven

This store is excellent and should be given an award for service. They have a practice of playing classical music on their loudspeakers, something which people who are in drug induced depression and/or anxiety find especially soothing. They are also very forgiving because I'm a local and I've seen several people who have done wrong there, like panhandling and other things, still greeted when they come again, half of these people don't even remember the previous incidents but as a bystander I remember. Sometimes there are the homeless who take turns amongst themselves to open the door for customers, in anticipation for a tip when that customer is done shopping, but they seldom ask directly. I've been delaying giving this review for some time but there it is..

I been going to this 7-eleven for over a decade. There's alot of sketchy people that come here. Twice someone try to fight me! Its all good! I still come here.

There's usually someone at the door asking for change! It's all good.

Staff are always nice. One time a staff wasn't nice to me! But its all good. I was dressed like a bum so he probably thought I was some punk :)

Just your usual 7 eleven store.

Excellent for a quick stop

Bought 2 2 litres of pop and ice cream and they stopped using plastic bags ! He put my things in a paper bag and the bag ripped open through the bottom and the fellow behind the counter didn't even help me when I told him to give me another bag it took him almost 10 minutes and I had a taxi waiting for me

7 eleven staff here are often disgruntled and impatient. I do not enjoy visiting this location, however the Tim Hortons is convenient.

Interesting characters outside the store just a heads up. As for the store itself...its a convenience store as in go in and out. Get what you want, pay then leave!

When a person who only needed warmth stayed for like 5 mins, they kicked them out???? And tried to justify it by saying “Well, it’s been 5 mins.” Like, if you’re smart, you’ll know that 5 mins isn’t enough to warm up before going back in -40 weather. Shame on you.

Ps: The food was stale and the pop was flat.

You need to improve your customer service, learn how to greet your customers or get out of business. Poor management and who is this guy working here learn some greeting or stay at home.

order the crispy wings when she pointed out to me but gave me the honey dipped one, told her it's for a kid, and she gave me again a spicy crispy one. there's no tim Hortons inside, google said on what's inside is tim Hortons

Please DO NOT ever order from this 7-11 on Uber Eats, Skip, ect. How they have a 2 star rating is beyond me. Gave me sugar free chocolate instead of my burritos I ordered??? Make it make sense. I have had other places call me if they don’t have what I order in stock and ask for an alternate item. 0 STARS!!!

my gas light came on and i decided to fill up at this location. i asked for $20, the dark skin clerk put $120 instead. i told her again $20 on pump ##. then both of the dark skin clerks laugh at me for filling $20 worth of gas. first time i felt look down by a 2 black female clerks. i will never use this esso location again

Rude customer service by an employee can't even allow to use the washroom such a weird person.

I understand this particular 7-11 is in a not so decent area...BUT that doesn’t mean the bathroom should be this way! This is just pure laziness and lack of caring. Maybe it’s a good idea to need a key for the bathroom and have someone actually look at the conditions of it.

By other reviews I’ve seen you have done NOTHING to make it acceptable.
The cashier was also extremely rude (almost like she didn’t even want to be there) didny greet me, didn’t ask if I have a rewards card...I also asked if I needed a key for the bathroom and she said “no” in the rudest tone. Clearly you don’t care about your store.
