Fantastic place to shop for your candle supplies . All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They provide great service and products.

This is a review solely based on ordering from them online as I live nowhere near the store. Everyone I have dealt with has been incredible! Very quick responses from them when emailing and the fastest turnaround for items being shipped after the order is placed. They also have the best shipping prices I have come across to date for heavy products (bulk wax). Their wax prices I have also found to be extremely competitive and usually the best price. Overall, incredible experience working with them. They have won our company over and we will continue to support them!

I was really happy with my experience here, I had made candles before with a friend but was new to knowing the volumes I'd need for wax, fragrances etc and all the different types. I found everyone there to be very knowledgeable and the price for what you get was quite good. The fragrances smell amazing too!

Decided to pick up candle making as a hobby. The associate and the owner here were incredibly helpful getting me set up as I pretty much waltzed in without knowing anything about candles and how to make them. Made a whole bunch of candles the very same day when I got home! Super happy with my experience with Wicks and wax!

I visited for the first time today and wasn't disappointed! The people who own and work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a variety wax , wicks, fragrance and the list goes on . I am really new to candle making and benefited from their knowledge!

One of my favorite places to shop for fragrances and wax. I'm fairly new to candle making and a wholesale/shipping prices from online retailers are just too high for me. Wicks and Wax has so far been a real lifesaver, because I can buy small quantity of great quality supplies. And a separate 5 star for fragrances - my candles smell amazing :)

Wanted to make caneles and needed beeswax. Someone helped me as soon as I came in. I got what I needed. Overall a lovely store with wonderful people. I considered taking up candlemaking as a hobby just to have an excuse to shop here more.

I'm late to post a review but better late than never. If you're looking to get your candle supplies at the best price, if you're a beginner and need help getting started, then this is the place to go to. I went there in September and got all my supplies. I am so happy with their customer service. They are very patient and help you choose your materials accordingly. They are experienced and they share that knowledge with you happily. I shall be shopping for more stuff this week.

I am thrilled to find this store. It has everything you need whether you are an expert candle maker or beginner, like me! Lauren took the time to show me around and explained the different products very well. They have all their prices nicely displayed and even have sample candles to show how the different wicks and wax burn with codes on them so you can easily find what you need. I also enjoyed how they have the essential oils on display so you can smell them before purchasing. Great prices too!! Absolutely recommend this store. I will be a returning customer for all my candle making supplies.

This place is amazing! My partner and I are new to candle making and not only did we get everything we need, we also got an intro to candle-making from the kind (also funny) man who was helping us. I just finished my first batch and am so pleased. If you are new to candle making definitely ask for some help because the knowledge shared was super valuable.
