Came here to look at faucets, toilets and flooring options. They sell for a good deal in comparison to commercial stores. The girl at cash was nice. Will have to come back

Many choices. Great prices - way better than the big box. Friendly staff. Not like the big box. Looking forward to going there again. Be careful though...many items not returnable. But some of the employees don't speak much English.

Unbeatable prices. Found a brand new toilet for fraction of the cost. They have everything you would need for the kitchen and bathroom. I managed to find everything I needed for my home.

Place was very busy, staff was helpful and courteous. Lots of stock of material.

The best I ever bought some lights and it's final sale and I returned in 2weeks and they still exchange it for me. Still give store credit

Amazing prices for all the supplies any tradesman will need. I was very surprised to witness all the deals on stuff you would pay so much more at other retail stores.

Overall their is a standard price for most tools. Depending on the store you might pay any where from +$50 to -$50 but, usually you can estimate the price and what it's gonna be.

I was in total shock to find out, that every price is like a discount price and, on top of it, the so called discount price is their standard price.

We also have to take in to accountability that not all the equipment and materials are quality stuff. But regardless, you get what you pay for and this store clearly has a respect and understanding for the world of construction.

Everything can be super expensive and that's why I have to applaud Zion building Supplies for allowing, tradesmen from across the city to enjoy and take advantage of a super great prices for all types of jobs pertaining to the construction field.

I do recommend more stores like this across the city; which can set a trend so that all retail stores have better discounted prices allowing the economy to flow much better.

And knowing that quality of material and equipment play a big roll, then what we should do is, have stores either with cheaper quality or have stores with both types of items. Instead what I see is what you get is what you get; regardless of the quality. And that wouldn't be fair for home owners .

Good store, you can buy things significantly less than Home Depot. The team is very kind and helped load in to my car too

Cool place to buy materials for renovations!

I just wanted to share my recent experiences with Zion. I recently came to know about this place as my wife and I began renovating our new home 2 months ago. It’s always busy and prices are great but more than that it’s the customer service that I wanted to bring attention to. While everyone, it seems, who works here is of Asian decent, regardless of whether they can speak English fluently or not, each staff member I encountered was more than happy to help us...every time...even if they were busy with something/someone else.
And on a few occasions, even though their return policy is 15 days, we were able to return/exchange items a few days later. Overall Great Business with great prices, great staff and great selection

UPDATE: JAN 9 2021
in the middle of a COVID lockdown when larger stores are closed for in-store shopping, I came to Zion again to get a items. I was directed to a parking spot and was told by Stacy to stay in my car. She also took my number and then called me a min later to ‘take my order’ and the entire purchase experience was seamless and without headaches. She also called to clarify items and come out and show me items before I paid and then had their staff bring it to my car! And she was one of many...and this was around 7:55 AM.

I wish the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s would learn from this (last week I needed some items that Zion didn’t carry, so I had to buy everything online at Home Depot, then once I got the email, I had to drive to the Home Depot, sit in my car for nearly an hour before being told to head to the lumber doors and wait in queue for another 20 min to finally pick up my order)
Total time spent At Zion - 20 min from purchase to pickup. Thank you and keep it up Zion

Full disclosure: knowing how busy they are I came Saturday morning at 7:30. I thought they opened at 8 but they proceeded to serve me by 7:40 am!
