Terrible experience with this artisan. Sold us cracked merchandise for full price then basically called us liars when we tried to exchange it. Such a shame because the lady that actually makes the pottery is lovely and great to deal with, the man that runs the business though is rude and has terrible customer service. Will never purchase again and will never recommend. Basically if you buy faulty products from them you get called a liar and you're out of luck. Stay away!
