Party City

Staff are friendly, and the stock of items is generally great. There is plenty of parking (including handicap) right out front. I love being able to quickly stop in for plates/cutlery or a small hellium tank. This location is great for purchasing balloons and having them filled immediately for your event. They always seem to be able to make time for it!

*Edited my review from 3 to 5 stars from 8 years a go. They now have really good signage up on how long each balloon type lasts!

Their balloons have a 24 hour promise to last. Normally I find they last longer, but the $20 bouquet I just bought lasted 24 hours including the big one. I think it is too bad they can't extend the time for the balloons to last as you often need to purchase them the day before an event. Also, I got my 3rd choice of large balloons as the first 2 were sold out. I have had good service and enjoyed the selection in the store other visits.

This branch was also bigger than others or is it just me but I found it bigger. Similar to other branches, their selection of balloons was remarkable. I purchased their sweet candies as well and I even bought some for my favorite niece. I especially like the star-shaped balloons, I thought they would be perfect for my niece birthday.

Was helped by a man named Jose (I believe) and he was amazing. So friendly and patient. Helped us out with everything we needed and answered all our questions. Was quick and the balloons he did were awesome and stayed floating for a long time.

Great selection and very helpful staff. We could have stayed in that store for hours looking through everything. It was a great time and the store was very clean and inventory was well stocked up on.

Found what I needed. "Mr & Mrs Champagne glasses.

Unfortunately, I asked the waitress to wash them and handed her the box. About 20 minutes later she comes back showing me the writing had come off. She had put them through the DISHWASHER. Ugh!

I ran in there to get a balloon for gender reveal. I had the greatest young lady help me!! She suggested this one particular balloon for the large and also said if I bought 6 other plain ones, They were on a special- DONE!!! THANKYOU soo much for excellent service!!

When ever I go into the store, the staff are always going above and beyond to help out their customers. However, what I've noticed with the company is that there's a lot of ignorant customers that they're stuck dealing with. However they staff, they always are willing to help when it comes to costume selection, themed ideas, and banners. Their balloons tend to not last long especially the latex ones but every time I've gone they've told me to pick up latex orders the day of the event to prevent them from being deflated. I'm a frequent shopper at this location and I don't plan on going to any other location. Thank you Ally, Jen, and Kari for being awesome every time I come shopping :)

Get your Costumes here! This store has a good Halloween selection, well organized, and far less busy. Staff were helpful and we will visit again!

I stopped in here looking for decorations for retirement party, and in chatting with the manager who was ringing me through, he managed to save me a good chunk of money because I was buying it for work. I really appreciated his willingness to help out, and his insights! I strongly recommend this location to anybody looking for their next party supplies store

Needed foil balloons refilled, they did it while Dollarama doesn't. Also bought new balloons from a huge selection.

Called the Sherwood Park store on a whim to see if they could help because I had bought all the stock of an item from my local Calgary store. Was connected with Roger and he was more than willing to help and ship what I needed to my local store. I got the product in time for my sons birthday which was a huge relief. Nice to know customer service does still exist. Thanks again Roger!!!

Great selection and price. This is our one stop for party supplies. Great selection for seasonal party goods such as Easter and Halloween to birthday parties.

Absolute best customer service I've had as a consumer. The supervisor/manager in charge welcomed my visit and after I was unable to find what I needed he went out of his way to find the next best compromise which put a big smile on the birthday girl's face the next day.

From order call to pick up to another call telling them we lost our big red 19 in the wind. Without even asking for another set they offered to replace them! So awesome! Thanks Party City Sherwood Park!

You name it, they have it!! A huge store with just about everything you need for any size party! We were there for Halloween items and found exactly what we were looking for.

Staff member was very friendly, knowledgable and eager to help us out. We had quite a few questions about the helium tanks they sell and the balloons.

Jayden was great help. Clean store and very fun atmosphere. Will be back for the next party needs.
