This is the cleanest bathrooms that I've experienced at Tim Hortons Watford. I asked the one who cleaned it thoroughly and her name was Jm, and I asked who's their manager that day and she said that it was Taylor. I took a photo of the two bathrooms because I am so impressed, it is indeed the cleanest bathrooms that I've encountered. Everyday, your bathrooms were so filthy disgusting that I don't want to go there, but at that day, it was so clean and everytime that the napkins were out, she refilled it right away.

Jm also cleaned the dining area and garbages neatly. The crews that day were also kind, polite, and generous, even if they were like 6 or 7 crews there, they managed the store perfectly fine.

I hope that you will maintain the cleanliness, politeness and the generousity of the store, not just Jm but also the whole crew.
And to the manager, Taylor, you have such a great leadership, teamwork, and how a reliable manager you are. Keep up the good work!

It's such a relief to order coffee and a pastrie and it cost $5... Starbucks would be $12... great service at this location and close to the highway.

Good attention, well serve sandwiches I liked craveables roast beef and crispy chicken look small but a delicious I prefer it that a greasy hamburger

AWESOME!! they have a number for truckers to call and they let them walk up to the drive thru window to order!!! and Bobbi was the nicest ever!! thanks for being great.

Quiet little cafe basically in middle of no where. The staff was good, the food served here was better than I have in any other Tim Hortons

They got pizza now!, I went in hoping to get a grilled panini, but to my surprise they started selling Filling, Fluffy, Flatbread pizza, from Cheese, pepperoni, bacon, and chicken parmesan it's pretty good.

Very long line up at drive through went through quite fast considering how busy it was . Go there every day always friendly service and always have gotten my order correct. Goes to show if you have the right manager and the right employees you can still get the job done efficiently. Keep up the great work. Best Tim Hortons around.

I really liked this Tim Hortons branch. On the way to Detroit and coming back to Toronto, it was a very lovely experience there as I went to refuel at the nearby Shell Gas Station. I was hungry and also to use the washroom. I marked this as a nice place by little bit detouring when using highway 402. I will be there in near future on my next trip.

Had the best Farmers wrap I've ever had from this location. They were extremely busy, but service was still timely and perfectly made food & coffee. So far my best experience dealing with Tim's.

Me and my friends went there as an on route break and it was worth visiting. Employees were so friendly too.

Kids wanted to have 🍩 and they were nice and fresh. Coffee brews were slightly aged! Coffee cups were definitely from year old Timmy's promotion.

Haven't had any problems with this Tim Hortons. The drive-thru can be swamped sometimes; though the food and drinks are alright and the wait time to order through drive- thru isn't bad.

I was there again this morning and they were super busy, drivethru was to the street. Yet they were fast and efficient as always! Fabulous job guys.

I visit this location lots as its only one close to my house I always get very friendly service especially from 3 ladies who work drive thru in the mornings. Yesterday i got the wrong wraps. Sometimes when you call and complain after you get home restaurants don't do much. I explained i was far away as we live in the country and got the wrong wraps i was told to come back the next morning to replace my order as that was when i told them i could be back. I got an envelope at the drive thru along with my entire order even the ice capp that was fine and when i got home realized i also got my money back. The ladies here felt so bad and went above and beyond to make me feel important. I will definitely keep coming back.

Always. Ice to visit a Tim Hortons when in Canada, just alone for the Croissants, but also the regular coffee! 100 times better than not only Starbucks but also the US Tim Hortons!
