It's inside the Peanut Plaza and actually not a big store but full of good stuff. I buy hair color from this store and am happy with the quality of that. The owner is very nice, patient, and polite.

If you are very worried about your health I recommend visiting Rui Alves at Don Valley Health Food. The reason I say this is I had gallbladder stones I was about to go for surgery but that they I happened to walk in ask for advice received a suggestion purchased the product changed the diet and never had gallstones again. I went for the ultrasound and they were gone.

I believe it's important to follow a doctors advice to treat illnesses and chronic conditions, however natural foods and vitamins are also important. The natural path will help you maintain health and you're battling a chronic illness they can be a great addition to your medical treatment.

The owner here is awesome. He will take the time to listen to your concerns and provide you with the correct advice. If you're new here and ask for a certain product he'll ask you what it's for and may steer you in a different direction. The supplements I've used have helped as he's said they would.

The personal service you get here cannot be beat.

Both my mother, and I went to see the owner who looks into the eyes (iridology), and by doing so can tell what’s going on in the body. Professional and knowledgeable and was accurate on his reading.
