When you visit What Girls Want, on Main St. Unionville, you are warmly welcomed, and encouraged to try on their products. I was fortunate to be assisted by Jennifer. She has an amazing ability to make you feel welcomed, relaxed and at ease. She is a keen listener who understands your needs and then finds the products to fulfill your desires. She provides you with timely follow ups and updates on orders placed. Her smile, warmth, amazing personality, and superb customer service are infectious. Thank you Jennifer.

What an amazing experience as a first time customer. The staff was so helpful and provided me with so many options that suited my body. I felt so comfortable and was able to find exactly what I needed for my wedding dress undergarments! I will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service. Walked in hoping to find spanx that would work with a low plunging dress and found a large selection. The lady working there was so helpful and upbeat, quickly gave options and explained how one was just for smoothing vs one that was tight and actual shapewear. She also went above and beyond to find me different options for thigh lengths.

The whole shop was very tidy and neat, easy to find what you're looking for. The change rooms were also very clean.

Their prices were average and some options were even cheaper or rivaled Winners pricing. I was pleasantly the surprised as I assumed a store like this would be pricey.

I would highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for shapewear.

I visited What Girls Want to get some Spanx for a dress I'll be wearing to an event next week. I emailed and booked an appointment since they close 6 and I work till 5. Since I was travelling from Toronto via public transit I ended up getting there late but Megan, who assisted me, was very gracious. She asked me some questions about what I was looking for and got 3 selections for me to try on. After guiding me to the change room she showed me the best way to put them on to avoid rolling. Though I didn't show her my selections as I tried them on she let me know she was available to give her opinion. When I came out of the change room I met Sharon, the owner, who I'd been corresponding with through email. She let me know she had seen what I'd put in my cart on their website and showed it to Megan before I got in. I appreciated the thought that was put into my appointment and the level of attention I received. Both Sharon and Megan were very nice; the store was very clean, bright and smelled nice; and Megan let me know the best way to look after my Spanx so they'd last. I'd definitely recommend What Girls Want to anyone looking to buy Spanx, especially for the first time.

An unbelievable shopping experience! Very professional and friendly customer service. I've shopped there multiple times and have always left happy. It has the biggest selection of SPANX I've ever seen, and lots of pretty jewellery...and the staff know the product very well!! Highly recommend :)

I was very impressed with the service I received from the ladies here. They care everything you can think of for shape wear. They give great feedback on how to use products and help you find exactly what you are looking for and exactly what is right for your body type. I will never shop at the Bay for anything I can buy at this store.

Great shop with a very knowledgeable and kind staff. I was able to get what I needed and had a lot of help making sure everything fit correctly.
