I'll tell you now if you have not made the trip up to Winnipeg beach to meet Carlos and his wife and to get 1 of the best burgers in Canada by far. You are truly missing out.
Carlos and his wife are truly passionate in what they do. And the food speaks for itself.
You can always tell when top notch ingredients and true passion is involved in their menu.💯🍔🥓🍟

Wowza, the reviews were not wrong about the Boardwalk Burger being one of the best! The jalapenos and Cajun mayo added a bit of heat and uniqueness. The Fresh Cut Fries were a generous portion, perfectly salted, and they tasted just as great as they smelled. We visited Carlo's Winnipeg Beach location and they have since moved to Sandy Hook for the summer. Service was fast, friendly, and our food was brought out to our vehicle.

I tried the food at their winter location in the hockey arena. Food was superb and the owner/operators were a joy to talk to. Can't wait to try the other specials during the summer.

Have not been in Winnipeg Beach for a while. Stopped today and ordered a Boardwalk burger and fries for supper. It was outstanding. Great flavour, presentation, and fries never too salty. I will be back

We love Carlos Cucina and stop in anytime we're in the area. Food never disappoints. We share a burger and fries and we still can finish it.

Finally made it out to this restaurant I’ve heard all about. They have the best burgers they say….service is as good as it gets they say…prices are so great too they say. I was there and now I’m a they :). A date with my toddler Daughter and she was even accommodated with a juice box as soon as the owner saw her, little moves like that mean so much, especially to a grateful person. Thank you!!

This was our 1st visit to Carlos .Everything
was sooo good . The fries could have been a little crisper for me but I'll know what to ask for next time . We have reasons to go now !! Also Home to the the 10" - 7 1/2 lb. burger with 2 1/2 lb. fries or poutine special . Go for it . Good for 6-7 people !!👌👌

Legit one of the best burgers I've ever had (Boardwalk Burger). Insanely filling. If you are in a group, keep in mind the small fries is pretty much an extra large, so one bag will easily cover two people. Super good, highly recommend.

I've gone to the restaurant a few times and in each instance of had great food and great service. The menu is diverse. Try their hamburgers for which it is famous for.

Absolutely spectacular menu!! My family’s go to every week!! The staff & service is always above & beyond so happy your part of our community!! If your in the Winnipeg Beach / Sandyhook area or in Elmwood definitely stop and sample their awesome dishes!!

After reading Hal's Kitchen article about Carlos' Cucina, we took a drive to Sandy Hook to sample the food at Carlos' Cucina. We loved it. The food was delicious, the service friendly and welcoming. Their menu is varied and has lots to choose from. The owner came by and we had a nice chat with him, he gave his background in the restaurant business and his hopes for expanding in Sandy Hook - we wish him the very best of luck. We would definitely go back to Carlos' Cucina again and again.
