Colin's Roofing & Eavestrough

I had Colin in to do some eavestrough at my home and I cannot be more thrilled with the experience. What looked like a simple job was quite complex and Colin resolved all of the challenging issues and finished with an amazing job. He returned calls promptly, showed up on time and cleaned up after his crew were finished. He deserves more than a 5 star review.

Colin is very professional and very well priced. He responds immediately and answers any questions you have. I pointed out a few things I wanted done, and he made sure the job was done and to my liking. Would 100% recommend using this company for all roofing and eavestrough needs.

Excellent service! I contacted Colin early this week for a price on cleaning our eavestrough, he gave me an accurate quote over the phone and answered all my questions up front. Colin showed up within the week and completed the job promptly, he took photos while on the roof of some areas of concern and was able to replace a small area of missing shingles while doing the rest of the scheduled work. Very happy with the communication, prompt service, and attention to detail. We will definately book services again.

Colin’s roofing and eavestrough is a business I would 100% hire again. From the first communication, you can tell Colin is a dedicated professional who knows his stuff! He was prompt, followed through with what he said, and performed excellent quality work on our house. He replaced all our old eavestrough with new ones and installed a leaf guard as well. Amazing experience with Colin and his team. Colin came out (in the rain and wind) to assess the damage and provide a quote to replace my whole back eavestrough that blew off in the recent wind and rain storm. Within 24 hrs, when it was safe to get up ladders, they were back and replaced the eaves. I'm really pleased with the response, service, efficiency and result. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience with replacing eavestrough and fascia on our little house. From estimate to completion the whole crew were pleasant and easy to communicate with, and the work is great. A small portion of the planned work wasn't completed on the first day, but when we asked about it, Colin identified the mistake and it was rectified in less than 24 hours, which is really all I ask from anybody! The work site was left cleaner than any other contractor we've had out, and they didn't even crush any of my garden sprouts with ladder feet. Will absolutely work with them again.

Developed a leak at our house between Christmas and New Year. Didn't expect to find anyone to help, but called Colin's and he was out to inspect and see what could be done that same day. A new roof job was needed and I expected this was coming for a few years as roof was quite old. Through good fortune of mild/dry weather and Colin gathering a team together and getting the right supplies a new roof was on within 48 hours of my initial call. Easy to work with him and his office staff. Thanks Colin.

Colin came out very quickly to look at my eaves trough and provided a few options to fix my problem . Ultimately I chose to give the job to his team and they were amazing. Worked very quickly and were very professional as well as they cleaned up everything. I would recommend him to anyone in a heart beat.

We had a leak in our eavestrough and were concerned it could lead to a bigger problem if not fixed. Colin arrived on short notice to do a free assessment / estimate. I also asked to have eavestrough leaf guards installed as we have a large tree in our backyard. Price was reasonable and the work was top quality and completed promptly. I had some issues with water damage on the ceiling in the upstairs bedrooms. I asked Colin's roofing if they could come take a look. Colin came and assessed the issue and informed me that there was no issue with my roof but instead a humidity issue. He did not charge me for the appraisal. I spoke to several other roofing companies who told me it would be 145 dollars just for an assessment. Colin was very professional, kind and honest. I highly recommend him and his company. - Evan

Great job and customer service!! I highly recommend Colin. This company was quick to respond to my soffit damage caused by a raccoon and removing and replacing my eavestrough. The eaves look great, workers were friendly and the lawn was cleaned up when they left.

We needed a small flashing repair job done. Colin responded immediately and his crew finished the job that day. He was upfront with the cost and didn't try to upsell anything that would be unnecessary.

Colin did an amazing job with our Eavestrough and downspouts. Called him on Friday. He came to assess the situation on Saturday and fixed up everything on Sunday. And this was all during a long weekend. He's very professional, polite, punctual and treats his employees well. Would definitely hire him again.

Colin fixed my roof after last years windstorm. Due to natural wear and tear we had some issues with some loose shingles once again. Colin came by the same day and took care of the problem with a smile on his face. Customer service goes a long way in owning a business and Colin has top notch customer service.
