Love the new makeover! Easy to find what you are looking for, signage and labels are clearly situated to enhance your shopping experience. The aisles are wide enough to pass through easily without bumping into other patrons. Also, very helpful staff on site to assist as needed.. The self checkout option is always a bonus and makes my shopping experience stress-free. I will continue to make the effort to get my shopping done exclusively at this establishment.

Needed some advice about bathroom tile grout and was directed to talk to Matt (I think). He was very helpful and friendly. Matt helped me f find a recommend product I could use. Hopefully it works well!

Amazing store to get every home improvements and needs. get things customised and also delivery available for major items. variety of deals and seasonal offers can be availed here for patio furniture, garden decor, home interior, kitchen, washrooms and appliances. you may also get woods and door or carpentary needs done here. lots of tools electrical fixtures and decor items deom lamps mirror etc. fab place to explore things in this store. Massive place with affordable prices.

I recently visited to purchase a furnace filter and gardening items, found everything I needed and some items on sale, staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to store from now on.

Lowes is the the nicest big box hardware store! Clean and bright when compared to others. They always have a great selection of any kind of decor items… eg, lighting, lawn furniture etc… they have options that you don’t see at other stores! The staff at the Oshawa store were super helpful and friendly when I was recently purchasing a lawn mower from this location! The team loaded the mower and even honoured a sale from the week before! Highly recommend!

Love the selection of plants, ESPECIALLY the ones that are not doing so hot! If you have the touch, you can bring back some extremely beautiful plants for cheap! The staff are also really nice& helpful :)

Fabulous customer service in the gardening department. Valentina, sales associate was so pleasant and helped me choose some rose food. Also the cashier was very helpful with her information and called for a carry out to help me with some mulch. And the young man who loaded up my car couldn't have been any nicer. Just a great experience.

Happy with the kitchen design centre's staff to guide us in what we required for our project.

Jean-Paul deserves an award or badge for excellent customer service. He not only dropped what we was doing to assist us, but did so with a smile. He was friendly, efficient and helped us find what we were looking for. He also made sure we were happy before returning to his tasks. Great job young man!

The store itself seems to have narrower aisles than others, which makes navigating with a large trolley cumbersome, but they did have what we wanted. Item prices were not accurate. There is ample parking space. As mentioned, the customer service we experienced here was great.

Rona had the 5" louvered exhaust vents and rigid metal ones that Home Depot could not keep in stock.

They appear to be of a better design and a little higher quality. They are pricier but when the you just need the job done, get your building materials at this Rona if you call ahead to the Home Depot in Whitby South and they don't have the part or supply in stock.

Sue was super helpful as the window covering agent. Good advice and assistance getting the right blinds.

It's always been a pleasant experience visiting Lowe's at Oshawa. The staff is very courteous and always ready to help. We came to pick some stones for the backyard - about 30 of them! Started loading the stones on a trolley and a few stones in, we realised this is going to be exhausting :) An elderly couple figured it was our first home improvement project, offered to help and even though we declined politely, they weren't taking no for an answer. Reluctantly we let them help, and a young Mr.Connor from the staff noticed us. He requested all of us to stop and very gracefully loaded the rest of them on the trolley. He told us to finish the checkout and once done would help us load them into the car as well. By the time we finished checkout, he was patiently waiting for us at the gate and in no time helped us put those heavy ones in the car. Here's a huge shout-out to Connor!! Thank you. Your professionalism and timely help is deeply appreciated. Thank you Lowes for a great service!

Wonderful store that rivals home depot and has a large inventory. The offer competitive pricing that compares to to the other retailers. Love the self checkout option to add more value to my shopping experience.

Lowes is a higher end store compared to Home Depot. They do carry different things, so it's nice every once and a while to shop here. The store is very clean, and employees are very friendly.
