If you don’t want to pay or order at the counter than you’re golden (like their fries 😂)
They’re very fast, 98% accurate and my boys like the little playground. Pretty good spot

Phenomenal supervisor Thalia ( not sure if spelling correct) we are in oversized vehicles and parked in the curbside pick up area , restaurant staff inside were amazing- when we came outside an arriving staff member proceeded to ask what we were doing here and that we were parked in staff parking - clearly curbside pick up isn’t staff parking - and said female ( assumed ) became belligerent and gave attitude toward our presence- again Thalia and her inside staff awesome - keep up good work appreciate the way looked after us

I have never been to a McDonald's in the United States that could put together a burger that looked like what you got on the menu. To those working on the night of May 22nd 2023 up here in Canada, My hats off to you. My burger was not slapped together, nor was it over sauced. It was neatly put together, well presented the way it should be. Perfect ratio and placement of condiments and toppings. Night shift is doing it right.

Cleanest McDonald's in the city. They don't force their staff to mask up, they use the old-school trays instead of giving you a bad and they deliver right to your table. I can't remember the last time I walked out of a McDonald's and said "that was actually pleasant", this place is very pleasant.

I've been a regular customer of McDonald's for years, and I can truly say that the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and I'm always impressed with the level of service provided. Whenever I'm in need of a fast meal, McDonald's is my go-to spot!

The staff is very good doing deliveries

I often stop in the morning at McDonald’s on St Joseph Blvd in Ottawa for a box of coffee for our office. I am always welcomed by the most friendly, customer service-oriented member of the McDonald’s Team. This morning I learned that his name is Courtney. Courtney is talented in creating a memorable experience. He is fantastic at delivering wonderful hospitality in a positive, energetic mannerism. He will put a smile on any guest’s face. McGriddle and hash brown were very warm and fresh. Lobby was very clean and staff was very kind.

This location is pretty consistent with the orders. They have never forgotten anything and the items are generally made well. I've only been to the drive thru but they're usually pretty quick. There does seem to be a staff shortage, but there is a shortage everywhere and it doesn't really hinder their capabilities.

hey Thanks for always putting the cheese with my filet o fish on the cardboard box instead of on the fish. tastes so much better peeling it off cardboard...That goes for every mcdonalds in every city even when the manager is working. 1 michelin star!
As for this location : Speedy service, great staff, really good staff actually. Always polite always speedy.

One of the best servive I ever had!!!! OMG the young girl , Emma is her name if I can remember.,... what a hard worker and very polite and very professional!!! Fast and fresh, and very pleasant experience. Thank you 😊 I will be back.

This McDonald has the finest cuisine you'll ever encounter. I tried the baton rouge and they couldn't comprehend the excitement i got when i walked into McDonald. McDonald glowing arches made me moist with excitement. the only problem is the waiters. they made me come and ASK FOR KETCHUP IN THE BOOTH. i got free refills on my iced tea and cant wait to return though. the staff needs managing though. CANT WAIT TO COME BACK
