Minhgo's Way

I love getting my summer lunches at Minhgo's Way food truck. Just across from Save On Foods in the riverfront park. Many days in the winter I dream for this food and when it comes I sit down at the park and I enjoy the Athabasca River view while I eat the best meal in town!

The taste of summer! Best lunch to go! Handmade spring rolls are the best! We really love Minhgos.

Love this food truck!! Authentic and so yummy! Brandy and her husband are so friendly and have the best customer service ever! I literally dream about the crab rangoons…so delish!! Love to order them and sit by the river at lunchtime to enjoy the beautiful view. Excellent vermicelli and spring rolls too!!! Highly recommend to anybody, especially if your passing through!

Chicken vermicelli and onion cake! My favorite. Also love the cheese burger. My favorite burger in Athabasca.

Best little food truck, run by great and kind people. Delicious food for a fair price. Always happy when they return from winter hibernation in the spring.

Good food but couldn’t tell the beef from the chicken and was grisel and couldn’t chew it
