We were offered Samples to try of the new smoothies. We tried the mix berry and strawberry. The strawberry was good. The mixed berry just had to much of a process taste. Overall good customer service. I want to say the servers name was Osman? Good service for drive through

We would drop by whenever we are on our way to Harrison hot springs. Usually very busy but service is always quick and we always get whatever we ordered. I found our patties slightly burned at the edges which seems to enhance the taste and texture. Lots of toppings and generous amount of sauces. Overall very satisfying and we always look forward to our next visit.

Food was above average the fries were hot and salted the burgers were warm no complaints there and the service was good again no complaints and the atmosphere was good except one of the chairs was dirty but overall very good.

Raman went above and beyond with his service. Quality food quality served.

To ownership: I hope you’re providing your team with high praise and good pay for keeping things a float as I feel they could use more employees to help lighten the load.

UPDATE: Had breakfast and ordered the full breakfast. Very happily surprised. Eggs were done to my liking and request (over easy), bacon and hash browns were good as was the toast and hold on to your hat ... CAME 2 FRESH TOMATO SLICES ON THE SIDE !! Also came with a coffee. All for $13. A meal at McDonald's costs $10 and for that you get a McMuffin, hash browns and coffee .. THAT'S IT!

On the way to Harrison Hot Springs, and just off of the Transcanada highway, sits an a&w with locals stopping for a bite to eat, hot coffee, and a conversation with an old friend. This restaurant in Agassiz, British Columbia, Canada, was staff who were friendly and efficient. Like the song says "Hop in the car, come as you are to a&w."

Stopped in for lunch and ended up waiting for turnovers to be made fresh. The staff were very friendly, very efficient and super accommodating. Customer service was phenomenal and we are definitely stopping in again. Thank you so much for making my day.

Nice place for quick eat. We are on the way of a long family road trip. We have two senior people and need hot water and beverage. The lady is so nice to change the root beer to hot coffee and tea. Also, gave us a few cups of hot water to fill our water bottle. Just want to say thank you here.

A family favorite! Great burgers, chicken and always hot fries. Don't forget the root beer and attention to detail.

Shout out to the Chilliwack Vedder and Agassiz BC location! Always friendly, smiles and quick quality food ... a fantastic combination that may cause me to eat there a little too often 😉 😜 😋

I am here way more then I would care to admit, but I just wanted to pop on to say that I have always received such great service here... which isn’t shocking because it’s Agassiz and such a great small town. There’s great staff, it’s clean, the drive through is always busy, but fast. Hot food. They are doing a great job through the pandemic also. I appreciate what they are doing and that they have remained open through all this.

We stopped here during a very busy dinner rush. Riley and the kitchen staff worked hard to keep up with the rush while being pleasant to us. Food was up to the A and W quality we expected!

Don't know where negative reviews posted come from.
I've gone here for 5 1/2 yrs & they (mgr. Sheri) have improved cleanliness, serve promptly & politely & is much more friendly than other A&W's.
(If you don't like 'fast food' don't go.) (light years ahead of McDonalds!)

A&W is a required stop whenever I visit BC, and this location delivered a great meal as expected!

It's a great place to stop by for lunch or breakfast on your way camping or just adventuring in Harrison or Agassi. Free A&W Rootbeer Lollipops for the kids (or like me for those who just want a sweet treat |:^D) Fast service and very sanitized, food comes warm and perfect

Fresh as always no complaints. A& W has made some huge improvements during covid including their online app. Coffee is better than ever.

Good food, fast service, friendly staff. They even got my special orders correct, which some places can't seem to do! Napkins in the bag would be nice tho 😏

My favorite quick service burger! The Agassiz restaurant is always clean and staff are friendly. It can be a little busy at lunch as it is close to the High School!

Great fast food! Everything was excellent except the lineup. Lol. We waited in the drive-thru for almost 20 mins , was worth it for freshly cooked food.
