Lovely heritage coffee shop in the village of saint rose, owner and staff are very customer oriented. Pat even showed us the roasting process of fresh beans, I’ve never experienced a lesson in coffee anywhere! It was amazing!
The coffee was perfection and the croissants were so fresh, I felt like I was in a tiny village in France. I would say having a coffee at this location is an experience and a great way to spend time. Enjoy!

If you are looking for specialty coffee, this is the place to go in the area. Very friendly staff and owner. Limited seatings spots. Parking could be a problem when the area is buzzing. Overall very good.
