The Manager Jamal gave me an amazing deal and the gentleman Malachi and the young lady Noami assisted me in selecting the right shoe for me. They were very polite and patient. Just one suggestion, you guys require to hire some staff.

I needed a bike tune up. I was referred to Sportchek in the mall. They have a bike repair shop in back of store. A gentleman named Johnathan helped me out. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. When bike was ready; I was impressed with the tune up. Johnathan did an excellent job. I recommend him for all your biking needs.

Amazing customer service efficient but a bit slow on the fast part, other than that great experience, beautiful people and well organised and clean store, great Job Sportcheck!!!

I was served by 2 awesome staff who made things so easy and comfy for me and my son. Jeremy and Sarah went out of their way to help us, tho we entered the store a few minutes before closing. Thanks guys its due to people like you that make Sport Chek a better place to shop. 😊 👍

Brian was really informative and helpful, he provided me with a lot of information regarding the best shoe for me. He was attentive and discussed the reasons he would recommend a particular shoe and for what purpose, running, support , balance etc. He was also paying attention to customers around us. Polite and professional.

Got my skates sharpened, the store had a mix-up and I ended up waiting quite a bit. They were kind enough to give me some future sharpening as credits, and furthermore the sharpening was great

If I could give bonus points i would. Salesmen helped me with a bicycle purchase then helped me load it into the back of a Spark!! No small feat.

Went in for a replacement derailleur hanger for my bike - they didn't have the part, but having a look at my bike said my current one could be easily straightened. About 10 minutes later, my bike was returned not only with the derailleur hanger repaired, but the rear derailleur properly adjusted and the cable end re-crimped.

Total cost $10, when I was expecting to replace a ~$25 part. Amazing service.

Excellent excellent customer service from Everett in the skating department. we were looking for skates for kids. We went there are 8:40pm (store closes at 9pm) looking for skate and even though it was very close to closing time, he took his time explaining the difference between figure and hockey skates. He asked my daughter about fitting and how comfortable skates were. Also Everett was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and concerns.

Got a pair of ice skates for my daughter from Sport Chek Bramalea. As someone who knows nothing about ice skates, I needed help to choose the right one. Charles from the service shop was very helpful; explained to me the different choices available and helped choosing the right one for a beginner. 5 stars for his customer service. Selection could be a bit better. Customer service at checkout is kind of rude though.

Went in for sharpening of 3 pairs of skates. Last year I got them sharpened somewhere else and my skates were HORRIBLE to skate on so I needed someplace new. Staff on the phone were friendly and accurate with information. When we arrived we were served immediately. Skates were done while we shopped. We were in and out in well under an hour. Only thing left is to take them out for a test skate.

Dropped in yesterday to pick up some new shoes. Staff were friendly and helped me get what I needed without delay. Good social distancing measures being used in the store as well! Always happy to visit this location

Went to get my sons bicycle fixed. The bicycle technician there Mike was very professional and polite. I had a chain link broken he said 20 mins and it was done in 20 mins. Very satisfied with the service!

This place was pretty nice. The staff was pretty amazing, I love how friendly and patient they are. Even though I was clueless about what footwear to get, they were really patient with me and helped me find the right shoes. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that's looking for sportswear and equipment.
