Jesse Nails & Spa

Jesse, Chino and Leah did our pedicures yesterday, it was a very relaxing experience with the massage chairs and attention to detail. A bit of confusion over the start time, great if you don't have to rush anywhere after. Will be back!

I really needed a little pampering. Gino was amazing. The foot massage and hot stones were so relaxing and warmed my sole. Jesse was friendly and very accommodating. Armstrong little gem.

Just came out of a delightful pedicure and upper lip & chin waxing with Jesse. She paid EXCELLENT attention to detail, exfoliated, lotion massage and hot stone massage then hot towel to cleanse. I chose #111 candy apple red (shellac). Wishing her business further prosperity in 2024!!! I live in Manitoba and I’m just out in British Columbia for Christmas vacation, but would totally go to see Jesse again when I’m next in town (Armstrong).

Went for a pedicure and a set of nails and very happy with the services. My feet are super happy now and my nails look great. Will definitely be back!

Very nice place to relax and done your manicure and pedecure also the nail artist is so experience so she will give u the best nail art .. shop is so clean and peoples are so acommodating..

I went here for waxing first. Ha has no idea how to wax. She tried to do the whole leg all at once. VERY painful. She also didn't use powder on the underarms. I am a trained wax tech and she is clearly not!
I thought I would try nails next. She took the dremel tool to my cuticles leaving deep grooves that are going to be hell when they grow to the end of my fingers. See pictures.
They guy that did my pedicure was awesome but I won't be back.

Im giving a one star because I can’t give a zero, I went for pedicure and set of nails the pedicure was anything but relaxing the water was cold normally your feet soak my feet were in the water maybe 3 minutes and then never touched the water again except to rinse. After my pedicure I was moved to the desk for my nails, the man brought all the tools from my pedicure and wanted to use the same tool used on my toes for my finger nails, I said absolutely not. He grinded my real nails with the steel tip, I was very uncomfortable and before he could put tips on me I said I will pay for the pedicure but I’m not comfortable enough to allow you to continue.
I do not recommend this place and I’m disappointed in myself for not looking at the reviews before hand.

Honestly, not even worth spending the $70 for a full set. They are cheap! They don’t even know how to set nails properly and they don’t do a pre-nail care… Yeah, the set I got is pretty, but had one nail pop off just from scratching my back and only been on my hand for a day.. 🙃 I do not recommend.
Add edit ( they all fell off within a week) I’ve never had nails that cheap in my life. Like I said . Not worth spending your money their

I had an appointment booked at least a month in advance, but they made no efforts to help us when we arrived. I even reached out to them in an email to make sure that the services I'd booked would work for them, and they said yes and they were looking forward to seeing us. They were clearly overbooked and understaffed when we came in. They asked us to sit and wait well past our booked time, and they completely ignored us while we waited. It was so awkward and infuriating of an experience that we just ended up leaving, and they didn't seem to care when we walked out the door. A friend mentioned to me that they also had a terrible experience with their booking and that they didn't clean the stations in-between bookings... I'm glad that we didn't wait any longer than we already did and we carried on with our evening before they had a chance to ruin the whole night for us.

Yes they offered to fix but I refuse to go back after I said the nail tip was not glued proper he left it 2 days later it broke and ripped ripped off including most my nail not to mention the horid job they did on my mom's and took 3 and a half hours and I had to go home and finnishfix my mom's nails 100% don't recommend them DONT GO TO JEESES NAILS

I went in for a full set of nails. They were so thick and all different lengths. The nail color was terribly done and ended up all over my fingers. Took three hour for the worst nails ever.
