Banana Republic Factory Store

I was there about 2 weeks ago. The collection and sizes were complete. The staff were friendly and nice. I was with my family and a Persian lady named Susan/Suzan helped us. She was super helpful, knowledgeable about their products and had a great passion for matching items and finding the right products for us.
She was super patient, and not pushy at all.
Loved shopping at Banana Republic more than ever. Highly recommended!

Samara from Halton Hills Banana Republic Factory Store went above and beyond and provided me with exceptional customer service. I had tried on an item at Cookstown Outlet store and they didn't have my size. Samara helped me to locate the size I needed . She also went out of her way to help me have it shipped to my home. I would highly recommend shopping at this store and if you visit, ask for Samara. She's honestly the best!

Great selection. Great quality clothing. Great prices. The sales associates made suggestions for me when I mentioned I needed a jacket to wear with a dress. The manager was also a pleasure to deal with.

We went to get some more clothing for our trips. My husband tried one of their pants and it just wasn’t the right fit. We were prepared to leave the store without any success. Shaun (I’m sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name) happened to walk past the fitting room and saw how the pants that my husband had on was not the right fit. He grabbed an extra two pair of pants and explained to us the differences of all of them. To our surprise, they both fit much better! It has been a long time since anyone in retail has gone above and beyond. Should he had not helped us in the fitting room, we would have left not purchasing anything but we ended up purchasing two pair of pants.
This is the what customer service is like. Thank you, Shaun. We’ll be sure to come back.

I went to get a Avaitor Quilte leather jacket today afternoon at Halton hills store. After reaching there I asked for the it and to my utter surprise nobody was ready to help me find one. I was told about the jacket not in stock while there was one on the mannequin. I did not know the name of the jacket and was frustrated by the behavior of the staff there n was ready to leave the store until I came across this guy named Ravi who I approached while I was about to leave as my last hope and he was the only one who made the effort to come with me to see the article I was referring to n took out time n got the details for the same. He also was kind enough to tell me which other store had that article in stock so that I could order it via phone. He was a great great help. Thanks Ravi 😊

Susan the Persian lady who was very friendly and helpful, went out of her way to assist me in finding a mother's day gift . The place was neat and organized. Would definitely go back anytime.

I visited this location yesterday and the store manager Rebecca did an amazing job to help find a perfect gift for my daughter's birthday. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I came here last week looking for a birthday present for my dad and I was really lost on what to get since I'm not good with men's clothes but one of the workers his name was Akmel took the time out of his day to teach me about the products and help me with everything. He legit helped pick out every single thing to get my dad and my dad ended up loving every single. piece. It was astonishing to see how much product knowledge he had and he actually cared about trying to find the perfect gift and reach my customer satisfaction. That was the best customer service I ever experienced and that worker deserves a raise. I will be coming back again for sure hope to see the same dedicated workers.

The deals are AMAZING at this store. It's a real outlet store whereas the other stores at the Toronto Outlet Mall are pricey

Great service. The staff are always very attentive. Shopping at banana used to be expensive where you walk in and $100 later you walk out with a shirt and a scarf. Not at this location. During the right sale you will walk out with 2 shirts, 2 sweaters, and a pair of pants for $100. That's my kinda pricing for mens clothes.

Wow! What deals! My hubby who never shops (coz I shop for him) was over the moon. 2 business/ casual jackets, 2 T shirts and a sweater...$153. Can you believe it? This is after all the holidays and new year. Amazing. Staff was very helpful. Place was clean.
