Awesome little gym, always so clean and organized. Wish the upstairs was still available in the evening for stretching and yoga, otherwise great experience.

Great class and equipment variety, super clean facilities and friendly staff/instructors.

I've been going here for about 2+ years now and it's always clean. The staff are super helpful when it comes to anything you need and the sign up process is quick and painless. Multiple pieces of weightlifting and cardio equipment to suit your every need. They also offer fitness classes that cover everything from yoga to spin classes multiple times a week to fit your busy schedule. Happy to be a member here.

I'm not a member but I walked in a couple of times recently and really enjoyed this place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the facility is very clean and well maintained. They have a decent variety of equipment, all of which was in great condition, but lack the space to squeeze much more in and it is a little tight. I thought I would come in early in the morning when it wasn't too busy, but even by 7:30 the place is filling up. Seems to be well used. I will certainly continue to visit when in the area.

I joined the Valley Fitness Centre in early 2015 and have found it to be a life changing experience. The facility is clean , bright and well maintained. The fitness equipment is kept up to date and in good working order. The facility exudes an atmosphere of cheerfulness and support from the staff and the members. The staff, instructors, and personal trainers, are superb and make even the most timid of us feel welcome and empowered. The variety of classes offered is excellent and the price of a membership is very affordable. The Valley Fitness Centre is instrumental in helping a large segment of our community maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The cleanest gym you will attend! All the staff are hard working & friendly. The classes are so much fun, push you physically & are included in your membership! You won’t regret becoming a member at this community gym.

VFC is great! Fully equipped gym with very knowledgeable staff to assist with any questions a member may have. Daily classes that suit all ranges of physical ability and also a variety of options from yoga, HIIT to spin (my personal favourite). If you are thinking of joining a gym, give Valley Fitness Centre a try!

This is the cleanest, friendliest gym I've ever been to. Everyone is so nice, the equipment is well maintained and the classes are awesome. Definitely a special kind of place that breathes healthy people.

VFC hosts an incredible staff and provides an impressive space with a great community. The instructors are highly motivating, provide a positive environment, and are able to provide alternative suggestions to work with your individual needs.

The Valley Fitness Centre has truly changed my life by providing a comfortable and encouraging environment to work out in. The VFC offers not only a Women's Only Room, but a space to let the little ones play while getting a little "me time" in. The staff at VFC are super friendly and helpful and have always gone above and beyond to be accommodating of my toddler and I.. since he was only 5 months old. The VFC offers super affordable childcare and lots of toys for my little dude to play with while I get my workout in. Aside from it being an awesome place for everyone of all shapes, sizes, and ages (mamas included!) they offer high quality classes and the trainers are both welcoming and top notch. Valley Fitness Centre truly is my happy place these days!

What an amazing gym. The staff are super friendly, there are so many different classes to choose from. There have been days I've done my own weight workout in the morning, and then have come back to complete a boot camp and a spin class in the same day. Yes, that may be crazy- but when you need a place to distress from life- VFC is the place to be. I am always smiling even when my legs are burning during a workout. I have seen such a huge difference both mentally and physically in the last 2 months of attending VFC and I can't wait to see what the next year brings. I love that the gym is open from 4am-midnight every day and I can go whenever I want to. Thank you VFC!

On vacation but really wanted to hit the gym, decided to check this one out the cleanliness was great, staff was cool, the equipment was awesome although a little crammed as it was a smaller space all in all tho I think anyone who visits should be well satisfied with the place

Can’t get enough of the midweek Spin classes. Great instructors. Great sweat sessions. Thank you for motivating me to get out of bed early each day!
