Our hot tub stopping working in sub zero temperatures and we called around and everyone was too busy to help us.

Diamond Heating & Spas sent out a technician immediately to assist us.

Normally spa dealerships prioritize the brands they sell, which is a problem for us as we already owned the hot tub and shipped it to our new home. This hot tub doesn’t have local support. I appreciated the fact that Diamond Heating & Spas had no issue helping us out under short notice.

He found the initial problem quickly and resolved the problem. He checked over the entire system and found another problem that could has cause us another service call. He quickly rectified this issue as well. The Technician called me from our home and updated me on everything that was found. He also told me he would stop by the following day and double check the hot tub. He offered me some expert tips as well.

The staff at Diamond were very helpful in finding and installing the perfect fireplace in our cabin. We had many challenges but they figured them all out. Very happy we chose Diamond and strongly recommend!

I contacted Diamond about our A/C system being unresponsive. They called back very quickly and offered suggestions as to why the A/C wasn't coming on. The problem was solved over the phone. Great service.

On July 28th Paul sent Joe out to help us with problems that we have been having with both our Furnace/Heat Pump and Condensation Pump. Joe was an excellent HVAC technician and by the time he left he had fixed and solved all of our problems. Thxs a lot Joe

We purchased a fireplace from Diamond. We were required to get a contractor for the framing prior to the installation of fireplace by Diamond. Once we secured a contractor we called Diamond and found out they sold our fireplace without contacting us or having an ETA for a replacement available. Rick said he'd get us another one and he'd call us back and we didn't hear from him. We contacted their supplier in Calgary ourselves and found out there is absolutely nothing available for approx. 6 months. We went in and got our money back - not a single apology and still no call from Rick.

Paul Digney and the team at Diamond are some of the most dishonest and incapable HVAC people ever encountered. First installing our furnace in 2001, replacing it in 2003 and further work until 2014 when the heat exchangers had to be replaced. All tin work redone due to improper air flow and shoddy workmanship. Jan 1 2021 the furnace caught fire and quit and Diamond refused to install the Carrier covered warranty work leaving our family without heat and risk of our house freezing for a week. Very unprofessionnal. Do not answer back to your call. I contact them in january for a quote, told me that to call back in spring as they were full. Then call at spring. After more than 15 days waiting for them to call me back, I call and now they tell me that they have no availibility.

Thanks for being so considerate and blocking access to all the garbage and recycling bins by parking your truck and trailer in front of these for an extended period of time. Great way to represent your business....
