I have a kayak and wanted a new seat with more support. All they had was a seat for a paddle board. Andrew looked at the kayak and gave a suggestion and adjusted the seat to work in my kayak. Thank you again! The service and seat are awesome!!!

Super nice staff when we rented SUP, helped us load the boards on top of our SUV. $45 to rent for 24 hours which included paddle and pfd. They were lax when we return the boards a couple minutes late too. Great selection of clothes, hats, and boards as well.

Incredible Experience! My girlfriend and I went in and asked about rental twin tip skis, Andrew had both sizes available and freshly waxed! The most inexpensive rentals and the best equipment we could find, very helpful and knowledgeable staff!

I bought a skateboard here a year ago and customer service was great! Employees were nice, they were more than glad to help me find the right size and gave some tips on how to find the right fit. 5 stars! Not to mention they let me pick out a few stickers :)

Solid shop with friendly and knowledgable employees. Selection and prices are what you'd expect from any other quality skate/snow/wake shop. I'll be happy to return the next time I need some gear.

Good selection, good staff, helpful people. My kids and I have been going here for years and it's my favourite place to shop for my board related goods.

Owner is a super good dude so if you've got issues with his shop, go talk to him: he'll work it out for you... unless you act like an entitled jackass (then there's no help for you anywhere and you should probably just go back to the big city and stop whining!)

Recently rented two stand up paddle boards, and had a blast. The staff helped us load the paddle boards onto our vehicle, and recommended a few locations we could drive to. We went to Lillian lake, and pretty much had the lake to ourselves. We rented them in the early afternoon, so we were able to enjoy them that day as well as the next morning. Well worth the very reasonable $45 per board for 24 hours.

Go here before you go anywhere else. Awesome service and advice while stocking tonnes of great gear. They have spare parts too!

Syndicate is a great store carrying everything you could need ski and snowboard-wise. Their staff are friendly and always helpful, but never pushy for you to buy anything. Would absolutely recommend stopping here if you are in town.

Great experience here for shopping. They have some of the biggest all in name brands considering that Invermere as a small city doesn’t have any big brand names in other stores. Larger name brands are usually a drive away in Cranbrook. The staff here are very friendly and offer free stuff for being a customer such as skateboard stickers. Very great experience at Syndicate here in Invermere, and I encourage them to keep up with the great experience for paying customers.

Great shop with many different outdoor items available. Was able to go in and get a new inflatable SUP the other day. It was an easy shopping experience. The staff was helpful in making our selection.

Nice selection of sunglasses. Staff is good, they are helpful but don't pester you. Prices are as expected, but they also carry some good quality brands in this type of gear and clothing.
