I recently had a problem my garage door, I called them, the whole experience is fantastic, their profession, service and experience surprised me and blew my mind:

1. They are very responsive. I called in the morning, they came in the afternoon.

2. They are very professional and service oriented. They came with a variety of parts, they fixed my problem in a very short time and also checked, serviced my garage door.

3. they didn't even charge us on-site, they simply did the job and left, I feel bad and ask my wife called in to pay for it next day and was told to schedule to pay another time, Can you image how popular they are? We're calling in to pay for the bill, they were like: Sir, you are in the waiting list. This is "ridiculous".

Their attitude and service are very rare nowadays, I don't allow you not to know them.

Nothing but good customer service after a purchase of a garage door and opener from them. From the purchase to some service to the door recently (manufacturer issue), nothing but great communication and service. I already recommend you to my friends (they are already in touch with you for getting 2 garage doors and openers). Keep up the great work.

The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday. I called the 24/7 line and set up an appointment for Monday-I was told that I would be called to let me know when the technician would be arriving at my house.
Waterloo Garage Doors called me just before 8-the technician arrived at my house by 8:30 and by 9:15, my garage door was fixed.
He only fixed what was needed-told me the cables didn't need replacement and I just needed a couple of bearings. My door is so much quieter than before.
Top notch, honest service. Will definitely be a customer again!

Excellent customer service! I called this morning when our garage door cable broke, leaving our cars trapped inside (and we both had appointments to attend!). They had 2 servicepeople out to us in under an hour and got us free in no time. Polite, professional, and prompt. Highly recommend!

Initial estimate on the phone was genuine and then he decided to send the technician to verify the damage as explained. The technician saw the real issue and fixed it at the fraction of cost. There was no conmanship experienced while dealing with them. They provide précised and honest solution for the problem. We recently had two garage doors installed by Waterloo Garage Doors. From start to finish, our experiences with them were great. From removing the old doors, tracks and openers to installing a completely new system in one day. During this time of unprecedented delays in the delivery of materials and labour, this company kept us informed and ultimately exceeded our expectations. Recently, we had a concern with one of the doors and they immediately sent out a technician who remedied the issue the SAME DAY. Not often, have we experienced this level of attentiveness to customer service. We highly recommend WGD to anybody who asks.

I went in for some coloured weatherstripping and the salesman was very accommodating, taking his time to show me and my wife the various colours.
While there, we decided that we needed a new garage door opener as well and he recommended a suitable one for our needs, top quality and reasonably priced.
The installers were at our home on time, completed the install in a neat and professional manner and took away the old weather stripping and opener.

We went to Waterloo Garage Doors to have our garage door replaced. Sean from sales invited us to the showroom to check out different options and explained the quote thoroughly. Sean is professional and responsive via call/email. We did not feel pressured at any point. Our garage door arrived sooner than expected, so we were able to have our door installed within a month. Although we noticed a clanking sound after the initial installation, Waterloo Garage Doors returned promptly and fixed the problem.

Michael was very helpful and patient in the showroom. Quote was for 4-5 weeks delivery, arrived in < 3. Installers were friendly and did an excellent job. The garage door and opener are a fantastic improvement to our house.

My anxiety only lasted 2hrs...lol garage broke down 3pm so I called 3:30pm, appointment made same day and by 4:30pm technician came and my garage was working again by 5pm..very fast service smooth, professional..highly recommended 👌

From my experience, this is a great company to deal with. Office staff and service reps were excellent, transparent and reasonable pricing, and very happy with the work that was done. It was all done as scheduled, with options to do the work earlier at my convenience if service reps became available.
