Friendly establishment. Small venue for music but good ambiance and acoustics.
Small glass 7oz beers at smaller price is great allowing trying out more varieties.
Best of all, dogs of all breeds seem to be welcome here!!!!
They offer and host many events. A bit confusing when is what is happening tho…. And some events are ticketed so need to inquire ahead.

May 2023:Been going to this bar since its opening, and now it has grown to one of the best stages for local musicians in Orleans and Ottawa. I've tried the karaoke nights and now it's my first time trying open night mic. Just an awesome night!!!

Feb 2020:We had the chili cook-off event on Sunday and it was amazing, this place serves some of the best beers I've ever had. Come on down and checked them out...bring your friends, bring your family, bring your dogs🐕. This is a pet friendly establishment.

Went to the brewery for an open Mic night. Drinks were excellent. Bar staff and owner were very friendly. Dog friendly. Loved the colored lights on the brewing system at night, complimented the music stage.

Was nice to try the new beers, tasty, good service, and always nice to see all the furry friends 🙂

I love this place. The owners make you feel right at home. Good craft beer, cheap, and they support local. No food is served, but they encourage you to bring in anything. Dogs are welcome. I believe there is a Facebook page of pictures of dogs who have visited Stray Dog. Check their website as they have many events. Small and cozy. A max of 40 patrons.

5-year Anniversary party: Saturday, September 17, 2022.

Great party, super music by four different bands, and food vendors.
The last band was Hearts and Mines who write all of their own songs. First time I heard them play, and they were excellent. Led my none other than our up and running city Councillor Matt Luloff. Great rapport between the band members

Of course, many craft beer choices.
The weather was terrific to enjoy the party outside in the parking lot.

These owner (Marc and Justin) are doing a great job. Keep it up. They really bring the community together!

A very welcoming environment!! Recommended by our dog trainer as a safe place to get used to being out with our service dogs. A fantastic experience by all of us. We learned a lot about beer and our dogs! My favourite beer is the Mugshot!! It’s dark and rich just like my Shadow!

Best brewery on the 🌎. Super friendly and welcoming staff and a location with a chill/laid back vibe and tons of character. I’ve ran through their staples (a few laps at this point) and most of their exclusive drops. My most recent purchase was the Cucumber Wheat and they hit another one out of the park. Very fortunate to have these guys in Orleans 🍻

An amazing place filled with a team of people who clearly love what they do and are proud of their products.
The tour was really interesting and the Manager made us feel so special. A great place to explore and well worth the tiny drive from downtown.
Go there - bring your doggie, your partner, your friends, even your kiddos; you won't be disappointed.

I was at Umbrella Burger on Preston for a chicken sandwich (which was amazing btw but that is for another review) and they were selling beer from Stray Dog Brewing. I tried their Anytime Pale Ale and I was hooked from the first sip. I had to make a trip out to Orleans to buy some more! Perfect summer beer, great taste, good value, and the person working the cash was very nice as well. I'd recommend I quick swing by if you're in the area!

So many great events too! Euchre, karaoke, open mic, concerts...the list goes on!

Always feels like home. And not saying that because related lol. The beer is top notch. Jagged Little Pislner so crisp and has character. And the allow dogs!!!!

Best craft beer in Orleans. Owners are truly invested in the community! Today is their first year anniversary party, get there and join the fun!

They have awesome beer and what’s also worth noting is that every can I have gotten is filled to the top! No corner cutting for SDBC, Keep it up!

Really good beer, as well a dog friendly seating area. We met 3 beautiful dogs there that were extremely polite, and drank some excellent beer. Recommend the peanut stout and california common.

Really neat spot. It’s in an industrial sort of park but they did a great job with the exterior and interior. Great brews, friendly staff (pretty sure he was the owner). Can’t wait to go back.
