I recently bought a shed from Kodiak Sheds in Cornwall, ON, and had a wonderful experience. The prices of the sheds can't be beat and the quality is fantastic! You couldn't even buy the lumber to build your own shed for what they charge.

I was also extremely impressed with their level of customer service. The site for my shed was a MAJOR challenge but they did not give up on me and my crazy ideas. After multiple attempts, and against all odds, we finally got the shed where it needed to go and I could not be happier about it! 😃

Keep up the great work, Cindy and Bill! You guys are a perfect example of why we should all be buying locally. We will definitely be returning in the future for other farm projects. Thank you so much for everything!

These guys were amazing to deal from start to finish! I wanted the pool shed to match the house and they went above and beyond to ensured it did! I gave them a sample of our siding and they matched it. ( the young guy in office (Ben I think) was so patient with us.

Of course I wanted fancy doors and they ensured I got them!

Owen (I think) the delivery guy was patient and did everything he could to ensure the placement was perfect on our raised based, even when the ground was too soft to drive up, he never gave up.

We were quotes 8-12 weeks and it was ready for delivery at 7 weeks.

So happy with our new pool shed.

First saw sheds at cottage show. Went to Carp office recently and within 20 minutes ordered a shed (very accommodating and knowledgeable staff). Kind of a tight spot to install beside house and not only did someone check the site first, but when it was delivered the delivery guy was definitely a pro at his job. From start to finish a great experience... Kudos to Kodiak

Ordered a custom 10x24 shed with higher walls, a 12 foot dormer window, tyvek wrap and upgraded siding. Communication was great, shed arrived a little earlier than I was expecting and is solid as a rock! Kodiak was helpful throughout the process and I'm happy with the purchase.

Wow very impressed with the way this Shed was built. I bought the metal sides shed with a metal roof. The service was great from start to finish. We ordered our shed sight unseen. Kodiak told us 4-12 weeks for delivery, we received it 3 weeks later. We are absolutely thrilled, everything from first contact to delivery went beyond our expectation. The shed is well crafted and exactly what was ordered. Highly recommend Kodiak.

We recently purchased a 10 x 12 shed from the Carp Road location. We couldn't be happier! We had a tight fit in terms of getting the shed in place , but the driver was amazing and managed to place it perfectly on the pad. Also price of shed & delivery was best around. We found out about Kodiak Sheds at a show in Ottawa, lands down park. They were offering the best prices for the size of shed we wanted. The service from start to end was supreme.

The entire experience from discussing what we wanted, to making the transactions and expected ETA of the shed was on point.

When the shed was delivered I was worried they would have a hard time setting the shed in place as it required pin point precision. The onsite deliver wasn't worried at all and performed the task in one attempt.

Bought a 12x24 shed, in stock, with garage door from the Cornwall location. Cindy was great to deal with and answered all my questions. Payment was easy. I got overly excited when the week after the shed showed up on an impressive trailer. The delivery guy was knowledgeable and was able to drop the shed at the precise location I needed. Important to note that the shed passed my city inspection without issue. Thanks again!

I put on a deposit in November and got delivery in May. Everything went super! Great communication in between and delivery as planned. Love the shed/garage.

I would like to start by saying we looked for over a year.there’s so much Misrepresentation. Say one price, but really it’s not. And that leads me to Libby at kodiak sheds Kingston division. An absolute delight. Libby walked us through every step she was always at the other end of the phone and made me smile 😊 by the end of our conversation.she answered any questions we had.This was so painless and very enjoyable we ended up purchasing a 12 x 30 shed. Which leads me to the Wayne. Our delivery driver he was kind courteous he even helped me sharpen my chainsaw he went above and beyond and made sure that our delivery was as good as our service from beginning to end. Purchased a 10x10 shed for our cottage and a 12x16 shed for our house. No regrets. The 10x10 had some flaws (which we saw before purchasing) and they were able to reduce the price accordingly. The lady was great!

Kodiak prices were competitive and they were very accomodating. They were fine to deliver with a month between both locations. Their delivery was great! Wayne was very skillful at placing the shed EXACTLY where it should be. The cottage delivery was betwee trees. It was like threading a needle and he did so great.

Thank you to Kodiac sheds Kingston, I bought an Amish shed 2 years ago from another supplier so I got in touch with them first, I’ve been trying to buy another since May 18th with them, they are hit and miss with replies they often do not reply to their FB ads. So I messaged Kodiac and stopped in. Bought one in 15 mins and being delivered Thursday. I payed a little more but at least I got service.
