Had the carpets done last week. The work was well done and thorough and for a good price.

Scott addressed pet stains on my carpets and came back two days later as I was initially unsatisfied with the smell that still lingered. He was professional, diligent, polite and is hard-working. Scott's hard work and determination to satisfy his customers is top notch. If you don't have Scott working for you, you don't have the best carpet cleaning company in Ottawa!

Scott came over to clean the carpets at my dad's place that hadn't been deep cleaned since they were installed over 30 years ago. He got out stains I didn't think possible to clean out and managed to do 3 rooms and a set of stairs in only a few hours.

Scott did a fabulous job on a rental unit. Carpet, cleaning, and ducts, 20 year heavy smoker in the home. He went above and beyond with sanitation, making sure the house was safe! I can’t tell you how much work this was but thanks to him, the house can breathe again! Thank you Scott!

Scott was polite and punctual, he gave me a 15m heads up that he was on his way. I had cleared his path ahead of time but he still ensured that a few extra items were carefully removed to ensure no chance of damage. He went straight to work and did an amazing job, cleaning the carpets and few pet accidents that had occurred over the years. He cleaned up promptly and made sure he didn’t leave any standing water spots. The 4 bedrooms and stairs look amazing.
