I was very happy with this location and have rented from 4 other locations locally including the two largeones in Kitchener. Fast and efficient and you hand over the keys when done and they email you the final receipt which was totally accurate.

Zero stars. Had a 26t truck reserved to pick up here. No truck. Apparently the customer just decided not to bring it in. Attendant basically just said not his problem was no help at all
