i called Jantzi Plumbings after hour service in regards to a issue my parents had with a toilet . After contacting the head office number , Chris the tech called within 15 minutes, I explained the issue and he offer some advice as to what I could try first. He was 100 percent correct and I fixed the issue . Other companies would not offer this, instead they would charge you for a service call and then the repair. Thank you Jantzi!!

Reached out because our water heater stopped working and was taken care of right away. They sent two younger gentlemen that came out first thing this morning (Christmas Eve) that were professional and efficient. They did an excellent job, kept me informed and were here and gone within an hour. Highly recommend.

New air conditioner installed. Jantzi Plumbing is so professional and very customer-service oriented. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful, and come prepared with all sorts of parts you wouldn't think you need! They are very deserving of the 2021 Willie Wellie Award!!

Dan replaced a sump pump...the same day that I called. He was fast and clever as the "new pump" from the supplier did not work to his satisfaction; he then installed another "new" one and simply switched the shut off system, as these were slightly different. Great problem solving on the spot.

We cancelled our water heater rental with Reliance and decided to buy. Looking for a local company they provided us with great customer service! The technician who came to do the job was fantastic! He was clean, efficient and did everything he could to not cause any damage.

I always get great professional service for any repair work. The service guy is very punctual and honest, does prompt work and recommends any other issues that might need repair. They aren't pushy at all either.
