I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I felt the need to to give my full appreciation to Paul the owner/manager and his team!
I came in with to just get my boots punched and not only did they do that better than any other place I’ve gone to so far, I came out with the inspiration of building a new pair of custom roller dance skates!
Paul gave me the most appropriate suggestions for just the right hockey boot and fitting to match my skating style. I have never felt so good in a boot and for an unbelievably low price! It shows how much experience and knowledge goes behind the service of him and his team!

Great service it is really pleasant to shop there. Went there to change my fix I stead of going to another shop who tried to convince me that my fix needed to be change completely.

I have gone to this business several times for several different purposes and always had great experiences. I have purchased sports goods and accessories, had a bike repaired and most recently another bike fully tuned up.

PUNCTUALITY: The times I had worked done on bikes it was completed for the time promised and the last time in fact it was even a day earlier.

AVAILABILITY OF STOCK: Parts were always in stock. Accessories I was looking for were always in stock also.

GREETING: Very professional business. You are greeted with a "hello" upon entry and during the pandemic, directional instructions and sanitizers are very evidently located. Staff is professional and polite. Clean and well organized with plenty of space to move around and sit should you need to try on something.

KNOWLEDGE: The owner and main technician are extremely knowledgeable and pin-point any issue right away with dead-on precision. Also when it's time for suggestions I found them to be genuine and didn't get the impression that all they want to do is sell. The salesmen on the floor know where the stuff is as well as how to prepare paperwork and if they don't know something about a bike repair they will ask a colleague right away.

PRICES: I found them to be fair.

PARKING & ACCESS: If traveling by bus there is the Jean Talon Est bus stop within 50 meters and the Lacordaire one 200 meters away. Parking is available in the back and on the street (both are free.)

CONCLUSION: Would strongly recommend and will definitely return.

Impeccable service and knowledge you don't get from larger chains or online experiences. This boutique sports store caters to the niche of people who want the best product, best service, and best overall experience. I've gotten my bicycle, ski and Garmin Activity Tracker gear from there (they also carry soccer, baseball and hockey, as well as a ton of clothing from what I remember). Solid service from the staff (I was served both by Paul and Corina or Cristina... forgot the name unfortunately). Quality products, quality service and overall one of the few places I drive 20 km out of my way to go to. Go there and see for yourself. Doesn't hurt that one of the best Canoli pastry shops is just down the street (a 2-for-1 for any athlete).
