McDonald's

I recently visited McDonald's and decided to try out their self-ordering kiosk. I must say, it was a convenient and efficient way to place my order. The interface was user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for me to navigate through the menu options.

I opted for two hamburgers and a large fries to go. The ordering process was seamless, and I appreciated the ability to customize my order according to my preferences. It allowed me to add or remove toppings, choose the type of buns, and even select the level of doneness for the patties.

Once I placed my order, I received a receipt with a number, and within a few minutes, my food was ready. The staff members were quick in preparing my order, and they handed it over with a friendly smile.

The hamburgers were delicious and satisfying. The patties were juicy and flavorful, and the buns were fresh and soft. The large fries were crispy and perfectly salted, just the way I like them.

Overall, my experience using the kiosk to order my food at McDonald's was excellent. It saved me time and allowed me to customize my order easily. The food was delicious, and the staff provided efficient service. I would definitely recommend trying out the self-ordering kiosk at McDonald's for a convenient and enjoyable dining experience.

Just stopped at McDonald’s this morning for coffee. The service is always Fast and staff are always friendly. The young girl at the first window this morning was very sweet and pleasant. I did not catch her name but it was at 8:15 this morning October 15

Took my grandchildren, clean, hospitable, and friendly service, the children loved their pancakes .

Jennifer was beyond exceptional during my time at this establishment. She made my experience a 10/10 and I would most definitely comeback because of her! Way to go Jennifer!!!

The lady at the drive thru was hard to understand then went we got our food the bigmac bun seen like it was old very hard to chew everything else was fine

Even with Covid 19 the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had taken 4 of the boys , my grandchildren out to dinner for a treat and I gotta say they were exceptional. Thanks 😊

Very busy day with long lineups but the staff were pleasant , helpful, and very quick . Food was very well prepared . Noticed many teens working and all with smiles on their faces. So impressed on this busy Mother’s Day !

It’s a McDonald’s you’re gunna go a ton no matter what. Never had any issues with food quality at all. Quite enjoy the 24/7 opening hours. This location is very clean along with the rest of the valleys locations compared to locations in Halifax/Dartmouth.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and have never gotten my order wrong in the years i’ve been coming here.
However the new drive thru is a nightmare due to other customers. People seem to think that the second speaker means there should be two lines when that obviously shouldn’t be the case, given that a second line entirely blocks the parking lot. Not to mention the people who will cut a full line up to get to the second speaker, forming a second line that blocks the entire lot. A nice place when it’s not busy but other customers make coming here at lunchtime chaotic and frustrating.

Food was fine, drive through was fine, but our man JOE came through for us tonight. Not only did he take our order perfectly, but he gave us lots and lots of pickles. What more can you ask for? 10/10, would go back just to banter with Joe at the drive through window again.

Everything was good as usual. Only thing I don't like in the new restaurant is there are no longer free refills on drinks. Not even at the counter where most other similar restaurants still offer this.

They have had their ups and downs for sure. And they do make mistakes quite frequently however, the institution of the new app has really changed how we visit to McDonalds. I'm now able to pre-order everything and have it sent to the kitchen and as soon as I arrived I just press a couple of buttons on the phone and I can have them delivered curbside. Now that they started doing that everything is actually gotten much better. I also enjoy my free points and getting the kids a treat when we walk by at no extra cost because I can spend my points

Just went for a quick take away meal after a long day at work. The guy who served me I think his name was Jessie I only quickly looked on my way out at his badge was great. Was the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thanks Jessie (hope that was your name). I never write reviews so that goes to show what a great employee he must be.

As solid as your typical McDonald's - which for a fan like me is quite solid! The staff here are very friendly, and you get your food quickly. Usually a very long drive through line, but they have curbside online ordering which is great.

One word....Quan.
If you haven't been served by this fine young fellow, I highly recommend going in when he's working. Give this guy a raise because if anyone in fast food deserves to be making way above minimum wage, Quan is the man!

Came here just to say how much I appreciate Quan. He is so cheerful and friendly, and genuinely puts in the effort to make sure you always have a great experience. Please give that man a raise!
