Allium food truck

We were expecting our average chip stand since it appears this place is a fairly new food truck…boy were we wrong! Gourmet delicious tacos and a cute shaded patio with nice music. I got the the kimchi tofu tacos (don’t knock it till you try it) with the kale side salad and my partner got the Barbacoa tacos and queso/chips side. Coming from the Dallas, Texas food scene - these were tacos were beyond amazing and mindfully crafted. The teas were amazing too.
I wish could eat here every day and try everything, but we were just passing through Invermere. These guys deserve 10 stars! 😎

Was a wonderful experience there, the staff is super friendly and the food was delicious as it was homemade and fresh. My personal favourite was the vegan kimchi tacos and the watermelon Fresca drink. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!

Must visit place for everyone

We had the shrimp tacos with a kale salad and Pico de guio. It was the best shrimp taco I've ever had!

Friendly service, delicious tacos, cute, creative atmosphere and an interesting arrangement of art and house-made hot sauces, chutneys and jams, Allium food truck is the perfect place to take the family and experience downtown Invermere at it's finest.

What a delight Allium Food truck is! My first taste was their refreshing lemonade, so good and not full of sugar!

When I ordered dinner, the team went out of their way to make sure my meal was gf/coeliac safe and were very gracious and informed about food safety for those who need it.

The food!! I’ve eaten at the food truck for 3 nights in a row! The food is delicious, so fresh and full of flavour. It’s clear that quality (local) ingredients are used where possible. I had the prawn tacos (twice!) with a side of the kale salad. Delicious!
Last night I had the Korean pork taco with a side of the kale salad again. Sooo good!

I wholeheartedly recommend the food and the staff who were welcoming and so helpful.

The answer is YES! Great view of the lake from the patio. Food and service were phenomenal and a quaint art gallery to enjoy too! Mussels, goat cheese flatbread were to die for! Domestic, craft and local brewed beers etc. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Great food and art. Saw James Wyper's art here as well as some other neat works. Worth the drive out from Calgary for the serene surrounding atmosphere! The Inukshuk and the Café overlook Lake Dorothea.

I love the Allium food truck! Amazing eats every time! There are always creative and tasty options throughout the season. You can taste the influence of Megan's worldly travels and restaurant experience abroad in her delicious food. I admire her drive to support fresh local farms and conscious eating! We are so lucky to have her talent in the valley! I highly recommend hunting down the Allium food truck in the Arrowhead Brewery parking lot!

This place has delicious and unique food. From the Mac and cheese samosas with blue cheese dip to the kale salad. I have tried the shrimp and pork tacos so far and they are by far some of the best tacos I have ever had. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My new favourite place to go for lunch and dinner!

Cafe Allium catered our wedding and all the guests agree it was delicious. Our guests also enjoyed watching the chef prepare the chicken over the flame grill. They went above and beyond behind the scenes. If you get the chance to have their vegetarian lasagna don't pass it up!

Enjoyed a lovely evening on the deck with beautiful mountain and lake views. Very relaxing and casual pace. Great meals and they have Becks 0.0 non-alcohol beer available. Nice desserts. Friendly, unobtrusive service.

Dinner date was phenomenal. Mussels were absolutely to die for. Bison flatbread, fresh samosas. Mushroom tea and lavender kombucha to top it off. The server, owner and chef, were very inviting and added a home feeling. Don't miss out. The flavors of these dishes are elevating.

Cafe Allium is a very quaint cafe right on the beach in Invermere. You cannot beat the location and view but the absolute best part is the food!! I have been here on several occasions for both lunch and dinner and have yet to be disappointed. Offering seasonal fresh food that supports many local growers and farmers you can’t go wrong.

Beautiful and magical food. Perfect portions. Light but packed with flavour. Service was fantastic. I want to try EVERYTHING on the menu. A complete star and hidden gem of a place!!!

Would highly recommend Cafe Allium if your function is in need of catering. We used them and Megan was a pleasure to work with. The food was delicious, with healthy and real ingredients used. We got so many compliments on the food. Thanks for making it easy, Cafe Allium!

Excellent lunch today. Three of us shared the mussels, vegetable flatbread with brie and the scallops. Everything was delicious but the mussels were our favourite.

Had the Rice Veggy Wraps, Potato Samosa's, Vegan Potato Cake dish, and the Avocado Toast. Absolutely amazing. Loved the taste. Beautiful view.

Amazing atmosphere with tasty and high quality food. Staff is very kind and an amazing spot to relax by the beach while having good food. Definitely recommend to anyone stopping by the beach.

The food was delicious great customer service the Mac salad is to die for mmmmm definitely eating here again 😋
