Excellent staff! They were very nice! My drink was made well. It is a very nice location. The interior is beautiful and very clean. Great sitting areas, to relax for a drink.

What a beautiful store! Stopped for a lovely brew on the way to the border. The staff were super friendly and the store was just so clean! (Nothing like a Toronto!)

My favourite location! The employees are lovely and really make my day. It can get busy sometimes but it's a really great spot to get work done.

I am at this location and doing some work stuff. I had a mobile order to Starbucks Dundas St. instead this location by mistake. While I was waiting for my order, I asked the one of the employee (Kaydance) if she could help with me order, and then we noticed that the order was made to other location. Without even saying any single word, she had offered me to prepare for me a sandwich and the coffee even, she has gone above and beyond, made a service to table where I sit. I do not know even know how to explain this feeling, she has just made my day, Kaydance is absolutely a GORGEOUS person!

First time getting something from Starbucks, but it was definitely not your normal Tim Hortons experience, great place to sit down, relax and enjoy some great drinks, definitely not as cheap as Tim Hortons, but they focus more on their quality, and customers.

Had my first encounter. Tryed one of their summer cold drinks. Quick efficient,lots to choose from on their menu. Be brave come try one of everything. Over time you,ll find your favorites.

Nice place to do some writing, music was a good volume and I didn't find anything distracting. Service was fast and the drinks were good. McAuley one of your employees gave me a free drink, thanks McAuley! 😊

This place is as starbucks as it could be. Nice atmosphere, great coffee and good service.
Asked the pretty barista if I could try her fav drink and she served me this and It was amazing.

A clean, well-maintained, large location. Plenty of seating, plugs and free WiFi.

Some companies give you training to do the job .This place gives you tools to be better teams and leaders,. Guess there is a reason Pike Place is always brewing. Cause a place in Seattle toss fish around a market, but it's not about that. It's about being a better communicator for yourself and for your team. Hat's off to you future philanthropist <3. *** Cough *** The loose change at the till. It's for tips. PLEASE TIP! These employees are great, and you get better service here, Let them know with the change, They aren't corporate folks in their ivory tower, they might be closer to working at min wage.

PS: Other companies are scamming you for your change. They get a tax break for their own charity, Where they get to chose where they spend their money. They decide what mind of community member they are, STARBUCKS employees are stars, they have skills that I hope you get to experience when you visit next time, cause they make you notice, that this simple coffee is world class.

I ordered a tall Creme Brulee Latte and everything was good. Fast service through drive thru, while it was busy (3:35pm).

Very friendly customer service, clean sitting area and nice atmosphere.

Beautiful Starbucks location. Lots of areas to sit, clean washrooms, lots of parking, big windows inside to create a nice atmosphere to meet up for coffee or do some reading or work on your laptop. Today McAuley took our order and was super pleasant making conversation with us. The service was excellent!

I go here all the time and have never had any issues. My drinks and food are always fresh and the staff are so friendly. I always feel like part of the family when I come here. The only thing that worries me about this location is the highly congested area around it. So just be careful as many drivers don't pay attention half the time. Other than the area that it is in, this is a great place to get your morning coffee :)!

I usually don't leave reviews but today my experience was so amazing I had to leave one. I came to this location today with my partner and home girl EMMA was amazing, she was very courteous, took our order in a timely manner and took the time out to explain the different type of drinks Starbucks had to offer. EMMA I hope you see this so it can motivate you not only to be a great employee but also a great person. For all others in management, give this girl a raise because she deserves it or i will personally come and buy out this location and give her a raise myself.
Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great customer experience.

Love this location. Drinks and food have always been made fresh and correct. The staff is always courteous, upbeat and working hard. Sometimes they are extremely busy with longer wait times (totally worth it though) but it's to be expected with it being the only location.
