After 2 entire days of my mobile network service going on and off due to a switch from a physical SIM card to an eSIM, and trying to get the eSIM to work on a new device, and having been placed on hold for many hours by multiple reps over the phone, and visiting a different location (absolutely no one was able to help me!), I was at my wits end when I finally visited this location for help. Without getting into all of the details of what the issue was (as the whole ordeal was long and harrowing), the reps that work here, namely Karthik and Ayshea, were finally able to help me and fix my problem. They went above and beyond, and did everything in their power to solve my issue. They had lifted a HUGE and HEAVY weight off my shoulders by solving a problem that had consumed me wholly. They were truly amazing, and I can't thank them enough.

I dropped in new year’s eve at the last minute to get the iPhone 14+. Martin went above and beyond to offer me the best service. Even hooked me up with some extras. Later, a family member dropped in to have their new phone configured and Martin, again, went above and beyond to help them. He was very patient and helpful. The other staff were very polite and professional as well. Thank you Martin, you are amazing! This guy needs a promotion & bonus!!

Although dealing with Rogers has never been a quick fix, I will give a 5star
because I am unable to give more, to the staff at this location. Management handled an abusive customer accordingly and Steven was just amazing. He called head office for another error on my account and spent an hour to rectify it so that I didn't need to. He was polite, professional, courteous and gave me wonderful Customer Service that is very rare these days. Thank you Steven for all your help last night. I really appreciate all you did. Thank you.
Just a note: Rogers don't have your reps cleaning windows. They are there to assist customers, not to do custodial work. How cheap of you. Don't take advantage of your employees. Hire a window cleaner. Support other businesses.

Have been coming to this location for years, have seen it go from the old school Roger Video store to the store it is today. Staff have always been friendly and honest about the products offered.

It is a busy location and sometimes the wait can be a tad longer than usual, but the majority of the time, it's pretty fast. On a recent visit there were some minor issues, but the staff were apologetic, even though the issue wasn't their problem. I appreciate how much they were willing to help and figure out the issue.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a mobile store. Vishnu is a *10 Star* customer service rep and the manager, Ayesha, was very considerate. I spent an hour there and the staff dealt with frustrating customer service issues with professionalism, patience and care. Thanks!

This is not the first time and I kept saying that I would write a review about the professional, patient, helpful service that I receive whenever I go Rogers (Ellesmere and Victoria Park) from Thelma. She is awesome every time I go in for assistance. Thanks Rogers for having such an outstanding employee.

Vishnu is awesome. Attended to me from start to finish. Very nice man. He could teach a course is customer relations. I never interacted with the other 2 reps but they were also very cordial with customers.

The staff are quick in assisting customers. They are really hardworking and spend extra hours when the customer is in need. The store manager gives the best available deals.My experience was great.

Went in there to pick up my new Modem. I was helped by a lady who was nice. The store itself looks very big and clean. The customer service was good as well.

My home internet was acting up for 8 days and that's not fun when I'm required to be online to complete my project work.

Now, it took 2 separate calls over 4 days for Rogers to finally resolve the yo-yo WiFi service. The first issue was traced back to the neighborhood signal bleeding away the 150 Mbps I was paying for, but wasn't receiving. The second issue required Rogers to ship me a replacement modem, which arrived promptly 48 hours later.

Rogers told me to drop off the bad modem at any Rogers location; this was the closest store. The problem was that I wasn't told that I needed an appointment before the drop-off!

So, I stood outside this store speaking to 0LGG via an intercom, getting very upset at being told to book an appointment & to come back, and being late for another appointment.

I told 0LLG that this was a horrible to treat a long-time Rogers client and I was going to just leave the modem at the door and leave.

Well, the door unlocked and I was told to enter!

Less than 2 minutes later, I exited this store with paperwork confirming I returned the bad modem to Rogers.

Now that was real customer service. Thank you 0LGG!

Recently i went to this store, the way shaik assisted me in getting a new phone is simply outstanding. Will insist people to go there for shaik great service.#shaik
