Excellent service de voiturier 10/10 je vous les recommandes. Les employés sont très aimable et professionnel ainsi que les gestionnaires, avec qui j'ai fais affaire pour la soumission de mon mariage et après pour le paiement. La journée de mon mariage était très stressante beaucoup de chose a gérer mais pas pour le service de voiturier, Ils étaient tous bien habillés , on été ponctuels et très respectueux avec mes invités. Tout le monde les on adoré, nous allons certainement vous rappelé pour notre prochain événement .

Le meilleur service de valet, courtois et polis, ils ont le métier a coeur. Je nai pas eu a attendre pour avoir ma voiture malgré le nombre élevé de clients. Je recommande fortement pour tout type d'événements.

Service impeccable. Les valets sont soignés, professionnels et extrêmement polis. Nous avons utilisé le service pour un événement de 75 personnes au centre-ville et je n’ai eu que des commentaires positifs de la part de nos invités.

Will never use their service again! First time we did, thought the driver was just in a bad mood. After the 2nd time we realized that he is just downright rude and insulting! Followed the instructions provided. When we arrived to drop off our car no one was there. Called the driver and was rudely told that he would arrive soon. Was another 25 minutes and despite being so late, there was no care or apology and he took his sweet time unlocking the gate and moving his truck so we could get into the lot. When we landed, we called and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. Took well over an hour again with no apology or care for the client. While we were in the van, he answered a call from another client and was uncomfortably rude to her when she was simply asking about a pick up. LOADS of other choices for airport parking! Park and Fly is only a couple of dollars more expensive and will definitely use them next time!

Worst experience.
I was at a venue this evening that they work with on Sherbrooke. The gentleman asked me 4 times what my car was after I had given him my ticket for a little over 25 mins. Keep in mind all clients giving their tickets got their cars instant. After finally finding my car the driver had no clue how to work the car, and scratched my steering wheel with their jacket zipper. VERY VERY low class of them. Companies like these should take into consideration that luxury cars should be handled a little more with class.

Went to a wedding yesterday and upon our exit, as asked to stay between two doors until the valet would bring our kids.
I omitted to understanding what the valet meant as stayed behind the door with my wife. After waiting 20 minutes, the valet never showed up so I went outside to ask where was my car? The clerk showed me the car.
The keys were not in the car, so I proceeded to a U-Haul van sitting outside where all the keys were of the guests. I then asked for my keys, as I could not leave keyless.

The clerk, a short man with a beard started yelling at me stating that they looked for me! and why did I not say between both doors, as he ordered!

I was disgruntled and embarrassed in front of everyone as he slammed the U-Haul van door on my face and said "NEXT" I don't have to time for this, showing me his back as I was now just a roach patron that he just got rid of...What really bothers Mr in this ordeal is that I was very respectful and before getting my car, had offered him a tip just out of common courtesy, hoping that my car would arrive sooner as it was a cold winter evening and we were both wearing formal flimsy non insulated wedding attire.

Valet Prestige n’a prestige que de nom. Je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi désorganisé, bordel complet et plus de 90 minutes pour récupérer une voiture!
