Awesome shop. Staff is great and nice inventory. The only issue I have (not much of an issue) is the outdated site needs to be freshened up for ease of use, since the physical store is now closed.

It's been almost a year since I made the first order from their store, and can't remember how many purchases I made till now, this is for the record~

This is one of the best Airsoft retailer in Canada I can say, they have the very best shipping policies without "one of". My order usually shows up at my door front in 3 business day after I made the purchase, it might because I am in the west ON not too far and don't know how long it will take to the west coast, but you can't deny the fact that 75$ free shipping Canada wide is amazing enough for an Airsoft store. The range of accessories, gears, and parts selection are also impressive with no complaint on the price. I haven't actually bought any airsoft gun from them and I feel like the gun collection they have is a bit narrow, but it's wide enough for new/intermediate players. Anyway, customer service is always satisfied, quick reply, and one time I got a defective mag, they sent a replacement immediately after I contacted them, with no hesitation and no further charge. Return/refund policy seems a little bit tricky after I checked their terms and condition, but never returned any product so can't tell how it works.

There's a difficult to achieve balance between affordable and competitive prices, good stock and selection, fast and free shipping, and professional and timely communication. Division XP has managed to find the sweet spot.

Division XP has very affordable prices on the abundant selection of items that they carry. Pair this with free shipping when you spend $75 (The lowest of any canadian site I could find) and you get a very wallet-friendly shopping experience.

I've been stung before by other establishments that don't have up-to-date stock on their website or fail to respond to any correspondence; Division XP was exceedingly fast at getting back to me with the information that I needed. Their site is accurate when it comes to stock, and there are no hidden wait times.

Shipping with Division XP was unexpectedly quick. I placed an order early afternoon (3 hours behind their time zone) and they had the order prepped, the shipping label created, and my items in the hands of Purolator the same day. I received my items from them 3 business days later.

I will not hesitate to buy from Division XP again; the shopping experience with them far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier.

Friend ordered a left hand gun from them. They took the time to message back and ask about the extra parts ordered and point out that the sniper is left handed and will take more than the a new bolt handle to make right handed. They offered up a few solutions and replied promptly to all questions. I highly suggest supporting this company as they know their stuff and actually seem to care.

Great prices and very quick shipping; my order was shipped out the day after I placed it and arrived less than a week later. Could not find a better price, especially during their Black Friday sale.
