Jungle Jim's

Amazing food! Sticky toffee pudding was incredible. Although the wait is outrageous, it is very much worth it.

Overall a very good and predictable eating experience. The service was impeccable! I must call out our server Cecil (server 70). Absolutely perfect! Friendly, accommodating, efficient, and a great attitude. He seemed to be constantly on the go, serving customers, cleaning the tables immediately after the patrons left, helping the other servers with their tables,... just an overall star performer. It's not often you see someone working in the restaurant or any other customer-service post like this anywhere. Excellent! As I said to him before leaving: You can't beat that service!

Family visiting from out of town, went to Jungle Jim's fo their Fish and Chips! Great Food, Great Service. Four adults and two Grandchildren! Great Evening, occasion loved by all! 😄

Haven't dined Jungle Jim's in awhile. Appetizer: French Onion Soup, Main: Linguine Carbonera, with side salad, & Of course coffee fix...All delicious. Thanks Leah for great service

What can I say... jungle jims never disappoints! Love everything they have, including the kitchen sink. More Mexican choices then I remembered, and no shortage of good food.

Goood service at a very busy location. It may have taken us awhile to get a table but once we did, the food showed up in a timely manner and it was quite tasty. I highly recommend this location but try to get there earlier than you need to :)

We love to eat here, great food, good atmosphere, always feel welcomed when we go to Jungle Jim's.

There was quite the wait when we walked in. The young feller at the front took my name and number. We went shopping and he called me 45 mins after and told me we had a table. Food was delicious, no complaints!

We had some amazing service at Bay Roberts for a pickup order. There was a little mix up with our meal, but they made up for it without question, even when they were busy. They were more than accommodating and very apologetic. Super tasty food too. I'll definitely be returning!

The food was really good. I loved the taquitos. Server was very nice. We didn't wait long to be served and given our food. My mother loved your apple crisp. She said it was the best apple crisp she ever tasted.

The food was excellent, served hot and fresh! The dishes were very tasty, I had the lunch sized chicken nachos and my dining companion had the fried taquitos and caesar salad. Wish I'd taken pictures 😒

It was my first time and it was great! My friend brought me for supper while I had the ribs and fries, they were delish, she ordered the steak blue rare. She was unlucky and got a steak that had a lot of grissel when she mentioned it to the waitress she replaced the meal without question. The kitchen found another steak that was a lot better. It was a great experience and I will not hesitate to go back in the future when I'm back in the area.

Such a friendly atmosphere. The staff are great and always greet you with a smile. The food is perfect and delicious everytime we visit. While we do visit other restaurants, we always finding ourselves comparing it to Jungle Jim's. This is our go to restaurant and has been since the doors first opened. The menu has changed so much over the years but we love all the changes. There's always something on the menu that will please every tastebud and palate

5* because of past experiences. Food is great and service too, usually... today however I went for lunch and I didn’t feel like a guest. My sever was told a couple times that there was a customer waiting. She seated me and left a menu. I couldn’t tell you her name and I had to wait a long while for her to come take my order. Once the food came out I didn’t see her anymore until I brought myself up to the cash to pay. Nobody checked to see if I was enjoying my meal or if I needed a refill on my drink. There was no opportunity to sell me desert because like I mentioned already I found my own way up to the cash. I could understand if it were busy but it wasn’t. They had a table next to me that we’re finishing a meal, a lady with an infant and one other table across the room. I’m sure there were two servers on duty. Don’t get me wrong I love dining here which is why the 5* review but I really feel someone needs to read this and remind servers that customers are guests. I would pay more for a great experience but today my experience was lacking.

came here with my boyfriend for a date night, and the service was excellent! friendly staff and fresh food, despite being close to closing time. they even made our desert hot and fresh before we left!

Staff was friendly. The vegan bowl was nice. Would be nice if they offered tofu as an added protein source.
