Pattes et Griffes

Nice tidy store with a great selection of products for our bunnies. Very friendly staff, all the girls were really helpful! But the star of the store is Thumper, the store's friendly rabbit that helped us carefully choose our products. I wanted to give a shout out to the store manager as well that took Thumper in after he was abandoned in front of the store. We don't live close by, but we will try to come here more often because we want to support those who care for the well-being of all creatures! Congratulations!!!!

I think this is my new favorite place to shop for my cats. The store is always very clean. They have many options for cat food(dry and wet food). I was able to get a sample for a brand I had heard of but was hesitating on buying (N&D, Farmina). And since my cats loved the sample, I switched to this brand ! they have so many options to choose from in terms of flavor for N&D dry cat food.
There is always someone welcoming me to the store,so far I've had the pleasure of dealing with Rebecca and Marilou. Thank you for your help and for answering my questions !

Excellent service with courteous kind and caring employees, not looking for an upsell, but just trying to be there for you and your furry friends. (They may also be scaly or feathery depending...)

So happy I found this place. Went in with my puppy Suki and the staff was amazing ! Everyone was friendly and ready to help you out. Also made small talk, which I personally enjoy when business take interest in their customers! Thank you guys for the great experience.

I bought a specialty item and the staff that served me was very knowledgeable. They have a great mix of locally-sourced products and quality European products at reasonable prices. I will definitely purchase from here again.
