Such an awesome spot! Service was incredible, Suzie especially took such good care of us. Food is also quite affordable compared to the rest of the island - and definitely delicious.

The whole experience was excellent, amazing service, even though they were crazy busy the service never dipped. The location is amazing, saw a whale within the first couple hours of arriving.

Best fish and chips you'll ever find! So delicious. The batter is so light and crispy, doesn't overwhelm the fish, but compliments it perfectly. The staff were so friendly, treating me like they've known me forever. And the calamari!!! Amazing!!!! If you're in or near King's Point, you MUST stop in for a bite!

Had lunch here with our family. They were able to seat a family of nine. We sat on the deck. It was beautiful. The wait staff was patient and busy. The food was pretty good. I am a vegetarian so the only real option for me was breakfast…but it was good.

This is mainly a review of the inn, which we stayed for one night. Reception was handled by the restaurant staff who were busy when we arrived, yet were still very welcoming and took the time to show us to our room and explain things about the inn. We had a large room on the second floor right on the dock, with a great view of the bay. It had a kitchen and jacuzzi tub (we didn't use it). It appeared that all the other rooms were being renovated so we basically had the whole floor (the whole inn?) to ourselves. Like every other place we stayed in Newfoundland, it was very clean. Very quiet after the restaurant below closed, so sleep was peaceful. Full, table-service, breakfast in the morning (which began at 10 a.m. when we stayed) with the same friendly service we experienced during check-in. Close to some shops and additional places to eat in King's Point.

Lovely place to stay. The staff is great and what a beautiful location next to the water. Great food, breakfast included if you stay in the inn. The Rooms are cosy and all you need.

This place was excellent!
I got a seafood chowder, the thing that impressed me the most was the in-house freshly-baked dinner roll! 5 stars, just for that. (I mean, the rest of the soup was delicious too)

The view was very nice across the harbour, unfortunately a bit cold for patio seating.

Service was prompt and excellent. Facilities were clean and well kept.

Would recommend if you're in the area.

We had a great late breakfast here. Well prepared bacon and eggs. Excellent Toutons with nice molasses from a squirt bottle! The service was excellent - friendly and helpful. Stop in here!!!! If it’s a nice day, the covered patio right on the water is great!!!!!

Stopped in for lunch to break up a long drive and we were so glad we did! The food was great and the servers were very friendly. It was a bit too windy to sit on the deck, but the views were gorgeous! Definitely recommended.

Beautiful view. Friendly service. Delicious food. Love their crepes!

Edit: I've also stayed at the inn too. It's just alright. But it still gets 5 stars in my books because the restaurant is awesome, the staff are friendly, and the waterfront view is great.

We stayed there on the first night in Newfoundland. Our room is the only room operating on the second floor so we basically got our own private balcony. The room is comfortable in general and the jacuzzi is great other than the water looks a little bit dirty from the tap. We had dinner and breakfast in the cafe downstairs, the food and service are great! The town is small but has very nice view of the bay. Great place if you are into the remoteness and want to avoid crowded city life.

Came here on a whim after the wife complained of being hungry on the road back to Nova Scotia. The view here is worth the stop the excellent tasting food and great service are welcomed bonuses. The food is fresh which really surprised me considering their location which is quite remote. I had the liver and onions with mussels, the wife had seafood chowder with a club sandwich. Our friends had the grilled cheese and the cheese omlette. Everything was made fresh to order including my liver which I swore would be freezer burned and terrible tasting but was pleasantly surprised was fresh and juicy. Loved every bite of this meal sitting on their deck on the water. Very lovely place.

Loved it. When travelling we often make it a point to stop for lunch here. Food is fantastic as well as the service. Don't pass it up...only 15 to 20 minutes off the TCH. Cheers 👍

The servers were so extremely helpful and friendly, it was really busy when we were there and they still made sure that we and everyone else had a great meal! The food was delicious, especially the dessert
