Our guide Patrick was friendly and humourous. We didn't understand French but he gave a wonder tour in English! He also interacted with the animals so we could see the playful side of them. We could even carry the bunny and duck! We had lots of fun and this is definitely a place for close encounters with animals.

To make reservations, you would have to call the phone number provided in the website. For overseas visitors, if you can't get them via phone, you may email them and leave your number. They called us back and we managed to make a reservation.

It was a fantastic experience. The zoo is smaller, but you see the animals up close you get to touch many of them and the animals look happy. I can’t wait to go back.

We had such a great time and the trainer was so informative and interactive! We got to see the entire park and had so much fun! will go back!

What a great outing! We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids (15,14,13,11). It took about two hours. Very informative , fun and intimate. Our guide took lots of time to explain and answer questions. The animals were well cared for and many were living out their retirement years. I highly recommend this outing.

We had an AMAZING experience today at CINÉZOO! It was a private tour (all visits are reservation only) whereby we met a group of healthy and happy animals. Our group ranged from 7yrs old to 75 ad without exception everyone left after our tour awed by the information learned, amazing stories shared and humbled by the love shared between animal and trainer. Patrick, our guide and a trainer, shared funny stories about life on set for some of these animals and touching situations wherby animals were rescued and sent to them for care. Every animal on site was loved without exception. I HIGHLY recommend this experience. We look forward to returning and meeting any new residents they have on site. From having a conversation with a Raven to a playful Lion and paw waving grizzly, this experience will stay with us forever.

I met a crow who worked with Robert De Niro, I mean, c'mon, it doesn't get much better than that. Excellent guide as well.

It's a best domestic zoo in the province of Quebec. They provide guided tours. They are very nice, gentle and professional persons who run the zoo. Please visit it and have a fun over there ☺.

Une expérience or du commun vaut le détour et surtout vivre cette expérience au moins une fois dans une vie . On voit très bien les animaux son bien traiter bien socialiser avec les humain et surtout entretenu . Nous avons les 5 adorer notre après midi . C’etais pas juste voir les animaux mais leur histoire au complet c’est fascinant . Sans aucun doute je vais y retourner avec les enfants . Merci pour cette belle visite nous voyons très bien vous êtes des gras amoureux des animaux

Vraiment bien. Très différent de tout autre zoo que nous avons visité. Le guide flatte les animaux exotiques et leur fait faire des petits trucs. Il nous dit dans que film/émission/publicité qu'ils ont joué ou des anecdotes et leur histoire/alimentation...

C’était une très belle visite, nous avons été très bien accompagné pour visiter le zoo avec Patrick. Nous allons revenir assurément et en parler à nos proches !
