After shopping around and extensive research, I found Canadian Metal roof to be the most professional, prompt and uninterrupted work. Their price was competitively great compared to others and I was getting compliments on the roof even while it was being done.

Exceptional service from an exceptional company! Moved into a modular home in need of updating, mid renovation and our first rain, water is pouring from under the kitchen wall. Quickly reached out for 5 quotes and only received 2, Canadian Metal Roof came in under a competitor that quoted sheathing and shingles. I asked how soon as rain was again in the forecast, the cue was roughly 2 weeks, Once I briefly explained our situation the response was simply "Let me see what I can do." The install crew pulled up 42 hours later. Service was polite, efficient and cleaned up to the point I cant even find a nail in my lawn. Could not be happier with the quality of the product, the install and a level of service that is becoming quite rare.

Came home to a beautiful roof 30 days early. It was so clean that i didn't even realize that the job was done until i pulled into my driveway. Price came well under budget made everybody happy. The colour compliments our tacky personalties. Have and continue to recommend.

I finally made the investment to install metal roof for my home. From the moment I called, this company has been nothing but professional, accommodating, and made you feel truly valued as a customer. I explained my situation and I did not feel any pressure at all, and the front desk lady was extremely helpful in finding the right roof and quotes. The service was also very efficient, quicker than expected, and the installers were very knowledgable. If you are looking to make the switch to a metal roof, you have to use this company. This level of service and care is not easy to find.

I would recommend this company to complete your roofing job. I had reached out to Fred last year and inquired about the process and a quote, and this year we decided to go ahead and invest in our home as we needed a new roof and wanted an updated look.

I considered a few things before we went ahead with the work. A few houses close to us used their services, so while they were working, I watched how they worked and saw the final product. I also asked the homeowners, and they had many nice things to say about their work.

- the roof guys were great to interact with. I noticed that some roofing company employees are pretty rude (potty mouths) and leave the place in a mess. These guys cleaned up after each day, were extremely polite and seemed to be genuinely interested in doing a good job.
- after project support available, so any questions and others were cleared up quickly.
- since they do not have to strip the entire roof (just a few small areas), we did not need to worry about hundreds of nails all over the yard (I’ll do a sweep of the place when the snow and ice melts), the work took less time than expected, and less waste to go into our local landfill.

I talked to Steve (London regional manager) about getting my roof done. He is knowledgeable about the metal roof, he explains how they're going to do my roof, how it's venting, etc.... He gave me a very competitive price. I got my new roof done 3 weeks later (just like he promised). It looks great, no leaks. Bill and his crews did my roof in one day, great group of people, they're polite, they cleaned everything up , you don't even know they're there because they don't leave any mess.
