Morningside: An Active Lifestyle Retirement Community

We just moved in , and what a pleasant surprise. People were coming up to us and welcoming us to morningside . The amenities are excellent. I talked to people who have lived here for years and they are very happy here. Without exception.

Really great place for senior living, my grandparents live there. Really friendly people, well kept neighbourhoods with lots of things for people to do. They have a huge community garden for residents, a well loved bocce court, horseshoe pit, pool, community room, bingo nights and so much more.

My grandparents have lived here for 20 years. It is a wonderful community for elderly people. There is a local hall where all kinds of social activities go on; darts, dancing, shows, and more. The houses are very well kept and the people are very friendly.

My wife visited some family friends at Morningside last year. Coming from a big city, she told me how surprising it was to receive so many friendly greetings from absolute strangers, just by walking down the street. She was really impressed with the vast gardens and greenery. I saw photos from her visit and it looked really charming, warm, and cheerful.

This is a good place for people who are retired and want to do activities around the area. Also, I like the people in new hamburg retirement community. I like visiting may grandma and grandpa here sometimes. you have to be age 50 and to be retired to live here. if you are under 50 and you don't work or work you are not allowed to be in a retirement community. You can't live there but you can visit.

Friendliest caring people. Very blessed to live here! Great location just west of Kitchener and right on the Nith river. Great path to walk.

I am 67 and have been here 11years. Truly, the best move we EVER made.
The most common complaint I here is "I wish I had moved here a lot sooner!"

We need more places like this for people to retire to and still be able to be active and live a fulfilling life after retirement.

I witnessed a team of Morningside neighbours walk in the Terry Fox Run & raise a huge chunk of coin for the event! Well done Morningside!
