West Five Family Dental

Hands down the best dental experience I've had. Wow! I had no idea going to the dentist could be like that. I mean, I've had good dentists before, but this is a cut above. They even found an existing issue with my daughter that other dentists had missed! Everything ran like clockwork! The staff were organized and friendly! I had my own tv with netflix on the ceiling to watch. I didn't even need medication for anxiety. I love this place. And to top it all off. My daughter asked when she could come back to the dentist.

Absolutely thoughtful and great care was taken with everything to do with my appointment. I have had 3 Dentists previous to the West Five Family Dental and this is the ONLY one I have given a review for - I have NOTHING bad to say about them - they are excellent to deal with!!!! Thank you for FINALLY making my dentist appointments so comfortable - I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist!!!

An integrated staff, their services are excellent and fast. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed their appointments and felt comfortable. Thanks for all the staff.

West Five Family Dental dentists & employees have been very welcoming and helpful since my very first visit. They have a very clean and modern interior and they never made me wait for any of my appointments. Also the front desk employees always have a warm welcoming smile and they always do their best to accommodate your needs in case you need to reschedule & etc. Overall, very good experience so far and definitely recommended!

I take my daughter to West Five and being a toddler its always hard to get her to sit still but they manage to make her very comfortable. They put on her favourite cartoon, talk with her and even at times show her the procedure they are doing. I feel very confident taking her in to see the doctors there. The facilities are very clean and the staff is extremely professional.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and comforting. Dr. Mansour was very professional and left me feeling my child was in good hands while she was under and getting her caps on her teeth. He felt my anxiety and immediately gave comforting words. Thank you

Their location is far from our place but we didnt mind. The Doctor is very child-friendly, explains the procedure very well to my son, alleviates fears and most of all he’s very professional especially to kids. The Assistant is very professional accommodating and friendly too as well as the Reception staff. We had to come back several times for the procedures of my son and I can say that it’s all an amazing experience. Awesome service, Awesome people! Keep it up please! I would highly recommend to everyone else!

We were looking for a family dentist who was able to bill our insurance directly because we had issues with other dental offices in the past. My husband and I have coverage with the same insurance company as we both work at the same place, we have 100% coverage but when other dental offices were charging us then billing our insurance, they didn't care to see if they submitted a correlation of benefits correctly and I found myself having to deal with a lot of paperwork to get refunded everything we paid.
West five family dental has been great with that avoiding this extra headache for me. And we received such a great dental experience for my 2 kids. They absolutely loved going to this place, at the end they get a token to get a prize from a coin machine which made them very happy.
The office was so clean and nice. Great environment!
We recently had a dental emergency with a fall my daughter had over the weekend and the pediatric emergency doctor who saw her told me the dentist you saw at West five family dental was one of my students and I highly recommend her. Hearing that reassured me we made the right decision to come to this clinic.

I always have the best experience at this clinic, from my interactions over the phone with the receptionist to walking in and leaving I have no complaints. The place is very clean and up to date. I had a cleaning and wisdom teeth removal and I loved the way the entire process was thoroughly explained to me by multiple staff members, very professional. Special shout-out to Dr. Z!

Thank you for a great first appointment and each appointment thereafter at this dental office. The receptionist staff were also very kind, names haven't stuck yet but I'll work on that! Everyone was very accommodating, kind and compassionate. Clean, safe, punctual, clear and organized space. A wonderful first impression.

My experience at West Five Family Dental was amazing! The front desk staff are always friendly and pleasant.

My hygienist, Sarah, provided an excellent cleaning. Her dental hygiene skills are excellent and it was truly the best cleaning that I’ve ever had.

Dr. Z recommended and placed a crown on one of my teeth and I appreciated the on site lab since it only took a couple of hours vs days at other dental offices.

It is nice to be able to trust these medical professionals since it is so important to maintain dental health, especially now. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

Both receptionists were efficient and helpful when answering my many questions … they provided an answer for each question asked. The dentist himself was honest and able to explain on a level where my daughter and I could understand. He took the time to make his own assessment on my daughters teeth instead of basing them off the previous dentists report which I was pleased with. We had been to three different dental locations and my five year old shared she was happiest with her visit at West Five! As long as we continue at this dental office, my daughter will be excited to return which is rare for children! Highly recommend.

We are a family of 7 and new to West 5 Dental. So far, we have been nothing but impressed! All of the staff is friendly and engaging, from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm and clean. We never feel rushed and are included in the explanation and procedures of what is going on with our dental care. We have had cleanings and fillings done and everything was completed efficiently and in a safe environment. My children (and my nervous husband) all attended with ease. I would highly recommend West 5 Dental. Also, the little shops also in the buildings surrounding are great local spots to check out! Very inviting!

An awesome experience with West Five Family Dental. From the moment we walked, until we left, everyonec was just so pleasant and accommodating. They listened, educated and were extremely attentive.I'm so happy this dental office was referred to my family and I. And what an amazing view!!

The dentists and staff at West Give Dental are great. They were able to schedule me in as a new patient quickly. The staff were caring when I experienced further dental issues and needed a root canal. The dentists followed up with me at home to check how things went. I felt the level of care was beyond what I have received at other dentists offices previously. Maybe I will now look forward to my yearly dental check up!

I had two cavities taken care of at West Five Family Dental; the Dentist and staff were all very helpful and explained the costs, times, and recommended aftercare. They got me in and out, but I didn't feel rushed. They even assisted me when some insurance issues came up.

Update Jan 2023 - I just had my 6 month check-up and cleaning (done by Freda), and again I was very impressed with everything about my appointment. My husband (who is also a client) and I would highly recommend West Five Family Dental to anyone looking for a dental practice in the area.

My husband and I recently moved to London and we were looking for a new dentist and found West 5 Family Dental. We were fortunate enough to get appointments for a check-up and cleaning very quickly. We found the office to be highly conscious of Covid-19 safely measures and we felt very safe. My check-up and cleaning were done by obviously experienced technicians and I was very impressed with everything about the clinic. We are very pleased to be new clients of West 5 Family Dental.
