This placed saved our move when Uhaul messed up for the second time, leaving us without a truck on moving day. Dixon's rented us a truck on short notice, the experience was efficient and the service was friendly and polite. I'd highly recommend renting from them!

Fantastic service, and fair rates! We needed a gas car after misplanning a trip with our electric vehicle and the guy that handled our rental request was a wonderfully friendly and warm human being. He gave us tips about the area we were driving to, and the car provided looked so clean like fresh out a car wash and was spotless inside as well. So nice! ✨

Extremely disappointed..booked it two weeks in advance for an SUV my husband stopped there personally and booked it….. called to confirm pick up that day and was told that the person that rented before us was keeping it for a longer period of time.
They failed to phone us to notify us of what’s going on. Do to there lack of poor Communications skills we had to cancel are trip.
Which are kids are sadden over.
My advice for anybody that is renting a vehicle or has one reserved is to keep in touch with them to make sure they do not rent it on you. Because they don’t seem to have the communication skills to contact a person.
