Great service, I was having issues with my driver side window, and hadn’t yet had a chance to google it. As I drove past the dealership I decided to pull in and see if it was a known issue.

Before I could even finish describing my issue to the front desk one of the guys behind the desk knew what was happening and jumped up to help.

Issue resolved, back on the road in less than 5 mins.

This spring we made our second purchase with Jon Walters.
We orginally were planning on buying an SUV for myself, but ended up also trading in our truck Jon sold us a few yrs ago for another more suited to pull our travel trailer! When we picked them up they both looked like new, inside and out, including new tires and brakes and a full tank of gas! There were a couple other issues that needed to be fixed and he did everything to solve them!!

I've just bought my 5th vehicle from Leslie Motors Wingham. The sales and service has been great every time. Any issues I have had (at the most 1) were rectified immediately. Joanne, Tara, Cole and all the other staff go out of their way to make your experience a good one.

Such great personal service, always treated as an old friend by the staff. Very understanding, and always squeezes us in for service when we need it most. Joanne, and Tara are so personable! Always asking after the family, and full of welcoming smiles. We love this dealership, and we were more than willing to buy our cars there even though we lived in Waterloo at the time. We will always buy from this Ford dealership, because it's like extended family. They never push to sell cars, and always listen to what you want, need, and are asking for.

I recently purchased my second truck from Leslie Motors over the course of 13 months. I worked with Joanne in sales both times and she has been great. She went out of her way to ensure I was top of the list to receive a trade-in when I was in need of a second vehicle. I used their service department for all maintenance during the 13 months with my first truck. They have fit me in to tight timelines and extra last minute needs on the truck. Service on the vehicle has been priced very well. I won't buy or service a truck anywhere else.

After watching some you tube on car dealerships and already visiting several in our vehicle search we were pretty skeptical about the whole experience.
But then we found Derek at Leslie Motors
No silly games, no low ball offers on our trade in.
Just upfront conversation and a real interest in getting us the truck we wanted at a fair price on both sides of the deal
We would highly recommend Derek and his team to anyone looking for vehicle.

We just moved to the area and couldn’t get an appointment with our dealership to swap our tires for 3 weeks. We called Leslie Ford and they fit us in the same day. Amazing, especially considering COVID has made everyone’s wait times longer, we were first time customers, and we don’t own a Ford.

Sadly, our lower control arms needed to be replaced. Our 2018 vehicle wasn’t safe to drive. They invited us to come by and take a look, which we did. They showed me the “wear” quoted me for aftermarket and oem parts and let me take time to contact the head office of the manufacturer of my vehicle to weigh my options.

In the end, I’ve gone with the after market parts, and my car will be ready in a few days. We had the unfortunate timing of being a Thursday before a long weekend.

This left us with no car, and my husband works 150km away, so we had no way of getting him to work.

Once again, Leslie Ford came through for us. We asked if they might have a rental program, and they offered us a courtesy vehicle!

But my 5 star review wasn’t only based on them helping us out. They were already on track to get 5 stars anyways.

I currently work at a car manufacturers head office. I’m the Assistant Manager of Customer Service. I’ve been in the industry for over a decade and have seen a lot. I’ve interacted with a wide variety of customers and dealers over the years. I’ve seen the results of countless sales and service surveys, and have some pretty crazy stories. So, whenever I go to a new dealership, I do so through the lenses of someone who might be a bit jaded.

The shop was fairly busy when we walked in. I fully expected to be waiting before we could talk to someone in service. But sure enough, Joanne came right up to us to greet us and ask how she could help. While we waited for Don to finish what he was doing, which was just a minute or two, every employee that walked by or looked up acknowledged us with either a smile or a nod or both. It was very welcoming.

When Don came up to greet us and bring us to our car, I was under the assumption that he was the service manager. And a good one too. He had his tech show us what was wrong with our car. It was obvious that Don was aware of the issue, but the way he passed it on to his tech to explain it to us made it seem like it was something he did day in and day out. The tech was very knowledgeable, and I got the sense that their priority was taking care of me, not the money the repair would bring into the shop. Remember, I’ve been in this industry for a decade. I’d like to think I’d have seen through it if their concern wasn’t genuine.

It was only as I was leaving that I found out Don was the Dealer Principal (owner). Upon learning that, it gave me an even greater appreciation for the level of service that we received.

I don’t write many reviews. I tend to write them only when I have received exceptionally good or bad service. I was so impressed with how Leslie Ford took care of us today that I wish I could give them a bonus star!! Excellent service!!

Derek was very helpful and wanted to get us what we wanted in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about anything I asked and I definitely recommend him he actually came out side to talk to me and ask if I needed some help you just don't see that much anymore.
