It’s an ok store. I’ve been multiple times with no issues. This last time though, they didn’t have my size of pants, but offered to shorten a pair with longer legs for an extra $7. I don’t think I should have to pay extra for the same pants just because the store has an incomplete inventory. I will continue shopping there occasionally, but only when I need something from there specifically.

Bought a pair of work boots, the right one was defective. Called the next day to ask about exchanging for a pair of boots that didn’t stab his feet, they said because they had been worn, they would have to be sent back to the manufacturer and he would be without boots for a few days while they were inspected…. Guess he just won’t go to work those days?? They don’t stand behind their products, but they do charge you a lot for them. Poor customer service.
