I am so pleased with the service I received at Home Depot in Kamloops. I went there to return an item That had stopped working. I wasn't expecting much as so much time had passed. I met with Donna who took the time to listen to my problem. She was kind, attentive and seemed genuinely concerned. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much. I had decided i would return the item regardless of the end result. I had felt ripped off and no longer wanted to even look at the item anymore. The product had passed its return date but was still under warranty. I had already tried to return it to the manufacturer but was given the run- around. Donna decided to give me a full refund which she put on a gift card. I was shocked as I did not expect that. As far as I am concerned, Donna went above and beyond the call of duty and restored my faith in Home Depot. I have not received this kind of customer service in a while. Thank you, Donna and Home Depot for hiring great staff. I am a happy customer and will be a return customer for life.

Customer service staff are very kind and helpful. Besides helped me sort out the product I needed, Kobe gave me 2 dollars when I found out I didn’t have coins to take the bus. He is really warm hearted .

Great help from the staff. Dealt with David at the ProDesk, he was very helpful, answered all our questions, provided information and even made excellent suggestions. So glad we have his card now.

I bought the Ego 21" Self Propelled mower, weed eater and also the hedge trimmer. These are superior tools with great in store 90 day nqa warranty and amazing 5 year manufacturer warranty. I use them commercially and have run into 1 problem only to have them replace the unit outright. Service is great at this store. Products are on par as well. Cheers!

I needed to replace my battery powered drill. Looking at what was available at Home Depot was a bit overwhelming. There was a HD person in the section, so I asked for some advice.
I was brought up to date on the new drills on offer. With help, I made a decision to buy a Ryobi 2 pack for about $160. 1 regular and one impact with two batteries. A quick check by my new HD friend and he found a sale item for $100. Bonus.
I walked away very happy.

We regularly visit Home Depot Kamloops (south) for our home DIY projects. Last year we often ran into Rick who was a HUGE help with our projects. This year, we’ve ran into Steve at the Pro Desk lots and he has also been incredibly helpful. Both Rick and Steve have gone out of their way to entertain our three-year-old son while we shop for supplies. We really appreciate the welcoming environment created by all of the staff here. Thank you to Rick and Steve for making Home Depot a fun family affair instead of just an errand. You guys rock!

Home Depot - you know what is in the store - always the same - province, state, country, and probably world wide.

What is unique to this location is happy employees. Well, friendly anyways. They just seems more happy than other locations I have been to.

The store is large. The outdoor garden center seems packed with plants.

I was looking for lighting and the layout and displays were functional and helpful.l

I can't compare it to other stores in town, this is the only one I have been to on kamloops.

But compared to other locations in bc I give this one top marks.

A Great place to make the patio or the front door really bright and welcoming..Move fast, these will not last long.

I went in to buy a hot tub. I dealt with Ankur in the kitchen and appliance section. I have dealt with him multiple times over the last couple of years. He helped me find the right products for our needs and was quick to find out more information regarding the delivery and what was included with my new purchase. I highly recommend dealing with Ankur if you are in the market for a new hot tub or appliance.
He even emailed the next day with more information for me. Thank you Home Depot.

A great store to find any home improvement item. A big store, with user friendly staff, makes your shopping experience that much more memorable. We don’t always remember the finer details of any one experience, but we do remember how that experience made us “feel”. And shopping at The Home Depot was a pleasant experience, and memorable as well. Happy Shopping.

Wonderful help from the garden area staff! I have never reviewed a Home Depot before but the experience with two staff members - Malita and Isheed - was so exceptional. Isheed was so pleasant and helpful. and really took extra time and effort to ensure that my trees were well protected and loaded into my vehicle. Much appreciated!

We drove from Quesnel to your Kamloops store to purchase a rug that you had in stock. I called prior and spoke to Ron in flooring, he was the most pleasant person and put the rug on hold for us.
Then we headed to your door department , looking for a barn door. We dealt with Kelley, super helpful. We could have ordered our barn doors from the Prince George location but because of the awesome customer service from these two employees we ordered from your Kamloops store. We will be back. Awesome shopping experience.

Good place to have almost everything

Have shopped here 3/4 times in the last 6 months, and many q prior to covid. Though sometimes hard to find certain things, the staff is usually great to help, or direct, even help take you to the location.
