The trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging! They take the time to work with you and teach you healthy form. I love the atmosphere and attitude in the room!!

Just finished my second session at 9 round in Leduc and I feel amazing. Kelz was an amazing trainer and helped me immensely throughout the workout. The atmosphere is so upbeat and helps you get in the mood to kill it. Seriously recommend.

If you want to work up a sweat, release suppressed energy and feel way lighter mentally and emotionally within a safe space, this place is it!

I felt immediately at home by how I was greeted by Sam, the owner, and Kelz, one of their trainers. I want to acknowledge Sam's presence of care and patience when giving me tips on technique and suggestions for improvement and Kelz made sure I had what I needed.

Since moving from Ontario to Alberta a month ago, discovering 9Round has immensely helped my transition here. I come out of each session feeling 100 times better than when I entered and leave with a smile for the rest of the day. The coaches are incredible and have been very helpful with their wealth of knowledge. 9Round is 10/10!

Getting a membership at 9Round in Leduc has been one the best decisions of my life. I have done the online Beachbody workouts but it makes a big difference when you basically have your own live personal trainers making you accountable for your exercises and proper form. They are welcoming, approachable, accommodating, motivating and ensuring that you achieve the fitness journey that you embark on. It is never a dull moment as they ensure each station has different rep combinations that work your entire body incorporating bootcamp and kickboxing exercises. I, also, enjoy the healthy weekly competitions between club members which pushes you to do the best that you can without any pressure!! What’s even better is that it only takes 30 minutes of your day with awesome results!!

The best workout you can get! The trainers are exceptional, knowledgable and really push you to do your best and reach your goals. 34 lbs down! Teqnique is better! My favorite place to be each day!

The most fun I've ever had exercising! The owners and trainers are so great, so personable and encouraging, the workouts are fast and effective, and I leave every time with a smile on my face feeling accomplished and proud. 10/10 recommend! 9round changed how I view health and exercise, and I couldn't be more grateful! Been going for almost two years and feel great after a session. Always get a nice welcome when I show up and I now go three times per week. All the trainers are great and I mostly have been working with Kelz who has worked extremely hard to be the best she can be and it has influenced me to be the best I can be. I will be a loyal member for a long time.

Love this gym! I have been a emmener since the beginning. It’s a quick 30 minute workout, the trainers and encouraging in a positive way. It’s just 30 minutes and you get a good sweat going on!

Seriously this place is like no other!! I was lucky enough to stumble across their contest and I won a free week. My first day was yesterday and before I even stepped foot on the floor I was in love. Work couldn't end fast enough today so I could get there. Sam is amazing, he really knows how to make you feel like you're apart of a team and family (as do all the other trainers I have had the pleasure to meet or work with) from the moment you walk in. The trainers are exceptional! So up beat and encouraging. No matter what your fitness level is, you will not feel unwelcome or out of place. The atmosphere is incredible. I am blessed to have stubbed upon that contest and I am so excited to be apart of the 9Round family. Thank you so much Sam, for walking me through yesterday and thanks to the amazing ladies today! It's been a long while since I've felt so great!! Don't hesitate, just get in there! You won't regret it!

I love everything about 9round! The workouts! The trainers! The owners! The whole atmosphere is so inviting and makes you want to actually workout! Being a 9round member has not only built my muscles but also my confidence and has truly reduced my stress and anxiety. I love being a 9rounder and I will continue to tell everyone I know how great it is!!!

When you walk in you hear the music and know it's going to be a great workout. The trainers and all the other 9 rounders are friendly and are full of motivation. I have never worked myself at the gym as hard as I have been worked on my "intro" workout, I love it and recommend you to try even if you are just curious. They are able to accommodate my knees after having surgery on both and still get a killer workout :)

I am a member at another 9 round. I love my 9 round work outs! Went to this location today as I was in Leduc waiting for a while and thought I'd check them out and squeeze in a workout while I waited. They were really welcoming and worked me hard! I learnt a couple new skills and I am pretty sure walking is going to be an issue tomorrow! (That's not a bad thing, hahahaha!) Total double thumbs up to the upbeat vibe and push the trainers gave me to get the most out of the session!

The staff are amazing at 9round. They're friendly, supportive and all around great guys and gals. They push you to get the most out of your workout, but they make sure you don't push yourself too hard. They take the time to show you how to do all of the workouts and make sure to switch it up every day. It's a fun place to workout.. it's not a boring task that you have to drag yourself to do. I look forward to going.

9 Round has changed how I work out. I always got bored at other gyms and would stop going. I have been going to 9 Round for 6 months now and I love it :) the trainers are amazing and they want you to succeed, they are always there to help you out. I actually am seeing the results I am wanting from their 30 min works outs. What I love most is that everyday the work outs are different so I never get bored. 30 min I can't believe how much I sweat which tells me I am working out my hardest which I wouldn't of gotten at any other gym.
